Big J's Towing: They'll Haul Your Ride (Even Your Tesla) With Panache!Let me tell you, when your…read morebeloved Tesla decides to throw a digital tantrum somewhere between Cookeville and Nashville, the last thing you want is a tow truck experience straight out of a horror movie. Thankfully, Big J's Towing rolled in like a knight in shining armor (or, well, a very well-maintained flatbed). From the moment Tesla relayed their "on the way!" message, I knew I was in good hands. Communication? Flawless. Arrival? Punctual. The Big J's crew wasn't just professional; they were curtious--a rare and delightful find in the towing world. My precious electric chariot was gently coaxed onto the flatbed, secured with the care one usually reserves for a newborn, and spirited away to the Tesla Service Center in Franklin without so much as a hiccup. And the journey? Not only was my car safe and sound, but the conversation was as wonderful as the ride itself. It felt less like a roadside rescue and more like a pleasant road trip with a seasoned pro. In summary, if you're ever in need of a tow - whether it's a trusty pickup or a finicky future-mobile like a Tesla - do yourself a favor and call Big J's. They don't just tow; they elevate the entire experience. Highly, HIGHLY recommend! They truly are the unsung heroes of the roadside, proving that even vehicle emergencies can have a silver lining (and a bit of witty charm).

I had a situation where a third party valet double parked my car in a handicapped spot - I had lost the key and the owner had just given me one hour to get it moved before he called the police to ticket and impound it. I called expecting that they wouldn't be able to make it to me in time considering I had only had 45 minutes at that point. One of Rob's guys, Dustin, showed up at the perfect time and saved the day. AAA didn't call me to tell me a driver was on the way until 8 hours after my first request for a tow. I am so grateful I snapped a photo of the card I got from a month ago's service. This is who you go to when you need a tow!!

Well some time in august after plenty trial and error I stumbled across these guys after my car broke down on me. My car was towed and stored safely, once they were able to look at it, which was the very next day I had already assumed I knew the issues so I bought at least 150$ in parts and put them in the vehicle. Well the very next day I received a call and not only were they honest about those parts not being the issue they told me exactly the problem, in what order it needed to be fixed and that I could also bring the parts back to save myself the money. They fixed my Elco in a timely matter. As a local truck driver I at times get stuck out on the road and it's hard to pin-point my time back. Not only were they understanding but they didn't charge me storage fee and worked with me with fantastic communication about helping me get it back. WAIT! It gets even better! So I finally was able to pick up the Elco and a hose slipped off on my way home about 1.5 miles from my apartment. That hose had nothing to do with the parts fixed on the vehicle for one, secondly after maybe 30 minutes I was able to get it home. Once I did i called the shop, that hose I'm referring to controlled how the transmission shifted which made sense because it was a chore getting it 1.5 miles to my place however I called just for some help and not only were they willing to help me over the phone but Jeff came from Gallatin to Goodlettsville, TO MY APARTMENT and helped me get the hose back on properly. My mom always told me to be thankful for people who go above and beyond and let me tell you this shop is a very down to earth family owned business who definitely deserve the glory because every step of the way I was made to feel safe about my vehicle and that it was definitely going to get the care it needed all the way down to the awesome customer service over the phone and efforts that they really didn't even have to extend to me. If you are in Nashville and have any vehicle that needs to be fixed or looked into YOU WILL BE SELLING YOURSELF SHORT BY NOT BRINGING IT IN HERE. Thanks you guys!
