Left the keys turned in the ignition of our truck for 3 days and killed the battery, also the truck had been gone through and their defense was the police searched the vehicle. The police did not in fact search the vehicle before the tow. Items from the bed were missing; cash from a wallet, a welder, all snap on tools and an impact gun. There are NO cameras, I talked to a lady on the phone Monday and she told me there was 1 camera on the property, which was a lie. Also, drivers refused to show CDL licensing when asked so who knows if they are certified. I talked to one guy from e&e on the phone told me the last pick up time for vehicles was 4pm, my husband called an hour later and he was told 3pm and if it's after it's $100 gate fee ‍ Also, they only take cash! So be prepared. we didn't know until it was time to pay. Hopefully they are doing their taxes properly but that's none of my business They may be good for a quick tow but other than that do not trust them with your vehicle read more

We were charge almost $500 for them to tow my truck less than 1 mile to my house. Their excuse was that the police called them out so they "HAVE" to charge so much. The cop told me that since I was just having it towed to my house it was no longer a police thing. I guess E&E doesn't think that way. Tow-Pro towed a truck from Mt Juliet to Springfield for $375. This place is a rip off!!! $500 for less than a mile away what a joke of a business. read more

Evidently, AAA contracts with E & E towing in Nashville. I waited for 3 hrs and was told by AAA that E&E towing reported that they had hit some traffic and it would take another 45 min to get to me. 3 hrs and 45 min is obviously way beyond the acceptable wait time for a tow. AAA should fire E&E towing because anyone who would contract with them is making a serious mistake. read more

Charged $200 to move rear tire to replace blow out on the front and put spare on the rear. Daughter on the way home from a 130 mile trip from college. Technician took less than 10 minutes to do the work. Did not tell me AAA did not cover the 2nd tire replacement until he was already putting the spare in the rear. We were in the middle of the highway so I had to reluctantly pay it. I'm not sure how he came up with $200. He had to think about it when I asked him for the charge. ****DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AT ALL*** I cannot stress to you enough that the owner "CHARLES DUKE" is a complete shit-bag and a thief. They were contracted to pickup and recover some equipment for $500 including delivery of the items to a drop off lot at which time they just needed to submit their invoice and the delivery receipt for payment. Instead, they just secured the equipment then demanded payment prior to delivery and held the equipment hostage to deliver the items. Then of course they when we paid them the double charged the cost to a $1000. Again Charles Duke and his staff are the worst kind of people, when we tried to discuss the breach of contract with the owner, he just hung up like a coward and basically told us to go f--k ourselves. ***AGAIN I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGHT***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TOWS, REPO'S OR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WNAT TO BE SCREWED OVER AS WELL*** HIS WORD MEANS NOTHING AND HE DOES NOT HONOR A CONTRACT AGREEMENT, HE IS A COMPLETE ROGUE AGENT. I have a long-overdue rave to give about the folks at Ridgetop! Last year we got caught in the…read morecycle of almost losing my daughter's beloved Camry following a low-speed accident. The first place we ended up had sent in an estimate that instantly deemed the car totaled, and they were about to have it sent to salvage. I posted in a local FB group for help because I was certain the car should have been fixable, but in calling around I hadn't found anyone who was willing to try. Chuck Bobinger responded to me and became the savior of this situation! He walked me through everything I needed to do. They fixed and replaced just what was needed mechanically and aesthetically, for a reasonable cost that ended up less than the settlement. The car was restored beautifully, quite literally "like it never happened." (One advantage of this terribly late review is I can attest that the car has been golden ever since and makes regular road trips.)
