They moved our entire two-story house into another two-story house, and we had a LOT of stuff -- enough that it ended up taking two full trips. They handled it all without a single complaint and worked incredibly quickly while still being careful with everything. I was especially impressed by how much care they took with our furniture. They disassembled our beds and reassembled them perfectly at the new house, wrapped and protected our TVs, and even carefully transported our dressers with all of the clothes still inside. I honestly couldn't believe how efficiently they managed everything. Ciro, Vantlin, and Javier worked so hard all day and were professional, friendly, careful, and fast. Moving an entire household is no small job, especially between two two-story homes, and they made it look easy. We would absolutely use this company again!

They also had availability on short-notice. My closing got pushed back so I had to move into storage instead of just house to house. Both times I had 2 movers and 1 truck. I'm not positive, but I believe the main guy's name was Ciro (He was there both moves). He was very professional, worked quickly and carefully, and didn't waste time. He plastic wrapped all my furniture very securely and used the moving blankets I provided. These guys gotta be Tetris or puzzle champs because they packed the truck perfectly. The other guy on first move I think was named Peter. He also did a good job, but not as good as Ciro. Second move, again Ciro was great. Everyone was respectful of my new home and removed shoes before taking anything upstairs to the carpet. They also separated out the kitchen boxes for me. The other guy I want to say was named Javier. Also did a good job, but I did see him on his phone a lot. Ciro worked pretty much non stop. I would recommend and would def use again.

The moment that sealed it for me was when his team was hooking up our dryer. They noticed we had a 3‑prong plug but the house had a 4‑prong outlet. Before I could even stress, Jarrell just looked at it and said... you guessed it... "I got it." We ran out, grabbed the right plug, and he replaced it for us FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore? His whole crew was fast, efficient, careful with our things, and the price was more than fair. On top of that, they're just genuinely good people. Super chill, easy to talk to, and you feel comfortable having them in your home. All around top‑notch service, top‑notch team, and a moving company I'd recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I sent out a moving request on Yelp and received a message promptly regarding price and availability. After getting the necessary information, I went ahead with booking. A couple of days before the move, I saw rain in the forecast and reached out to see if things would still move forward. Rain or shine, everything still went on as planned. Manny and Trey arrived on time and got to work ASAP. They loaded everything on the truck at the two requested locations and headed to Sacramento. Once we got to Sacramento, they started unloading everything. The move was to the 3rd floor of an apartment building with no elevator and down the hall from the stairs. Though it was a tough move, Manny and Trey were both patient, kind, and efficient. They even cracked a few jokes, and we shared some laughs. It began to rain at the end of the move, and they still continued with a positive attitude. I am so grateful for their hard work, amazing service, and dedication to helping me get moved in. They got the job done in under 3 hours through everything. I would 1000% book with Affordable Movers again. The service was great, the movers are hardworking, and it lived up to its reputation for being affordable, too. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your service.

Overall, this was one of the best moving experiences I've had in a long time. A few items weren't handled exactly how I might have expected, but that's partly on me. I probably overpacked some boxes and assumed certain things would always stay on top. Nothing was seriously damaged or broken, and that's what matters most. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again.
