Used this business twice. First time to move stuff into storage and second to move out of storage the following week. They had a great rate and it was inclusive. They also had availability on short-notice. My closing got pushed back so I had to move into storage instead of just house to house. Both times I had 2 movers and 1 truck. I'm not positive, but I believe the main guy's name was Ciro (He was there both moves). He was very professional, worked quickly and carefully, and didn't waste time. He plastic wrapped all my furniture very securely and used the moving blankets I provided. These guys gotta be Tetris or puzzle champs because they packed the truck perfectly. The other guy on first move I think was named Peter. He also did a good job, but not as good as Ciro. Second move, again Ciro was great. Everyone was respectful of my new home and removed shoes before taking anything upstairs to the carpet. They also separated out the kitchen boxes for me. The other guy I want to say was named Javier. Also did a good job, but I did see him on his phone a lot. Ciro worked pretty much non stop. I would recommend and would def use again. read more

We had a move last Tuesday July 28th. They sent a big truck with 3 guys. They are very hard working! Super dedicated and extremely care! They wrapped around everything super fast but solid! They lay carpet to protect the old home and the new home! They followed our instructions going around 3 different addresses! They dissemble as needed and then they assemble back to working condition! Lovely!!! These guys worked 3 hours straight in the sun then ask, are we allowed to take a break! Omg, I felt so bad! I didn't even thought about they are not allowed to take a break??? I told them you can take a break, no need to ask. It is over 100 degrees. We had so many stuff we couldn't even fit all in one load! It was a long day!!!!!! I don't want to break that 5 star streak nor is this even worth 4; It's more of a 3.8 but I will be nice. I spoke to Jessica via email, phone call and text. I had scheduled for a move a week in advance and was told of pricing per hour. She was kind and helpful. Upon the date of move, I received at text that stated the time of when the movers would arrived, 35 mins after my appointment time due to customer misinforming the movers. No biggy. Then that appointment continue to get pushed back further and further till it was 2 hours past what I had initially scheduled for. Mind you, the week of move was raining, too. Again, not blaming the movers since they had to adjust their time with the previous customer and rain being part of the factor. Once the movers finally arrived, they did what they needed to do but the time they started and time they finished wasn't even close to two hours so we had to pay for the two hours, plus items being wet from said rain, and on top of that, since I was on a work call, my hubby felt obligated to tip them...we didn't have a lot of stuff and they weren't driving our items to our destination. It was simply a load to our storage pod. Im being nice and rate 4 just because service with Jessica was nice and they did their job accordingly. read more

She was extremely responsive. There's no hidden fees or prices. We opted for 2 movers at $130 per hour to move items out of our 1800 square foot home in Sacramento to Del Dorado hills. It started at 9am and didn't finish until 7pm. Didn't realize how much stuff we had, only thing I wish I did was select an additional mover. One main thing that I truly appreciate is how they took the time to properly wrap items such as the dressers and any pieces with corners that could easily get damaged. They know how to pack everything in the truck to ensure items are placed correctly without damaging anything. The workers/movers were extremely professional and continuously checked myself and my husband to ensure the items were placed correctly and if we wanted it moved they were willing to move the items to a different location in the new home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Planning, estimate/quote: I communicated with Jessica to plan my move from a 2 bed apartment to a house and she was very thorough with their services and expectations. She sent a confirmation and reminder for the day of my move and also let us know who'd be helping me. Packing, moving, unloading: Alex and Zhao were the two that helped with the actual moving process. Alex was also very communicative and always made sure to confirm with me on what to pack and where to unload after moving. Him and Zhao made it look so easy to load their giant moving trailer and really did things pretty efficiently. They wrapped everything that looked fragile with either plastic wrap or a moving blanket and made sure to also tape it. When they started unloading, they also put down some covers to make sure the dolly's weren't messing up the floor. How long: It took them about 4.5 hours to load the trailer, move, and then unload everything. My wife and I did some packing beforehand (mostly kitchenware, closet stuff, and tech), so it would have been longer if we had them pack everything. Quality - they were nice enough tk take their shoes off inside the new home when moving everything which is way above and beyond due to safety, covered my staircase with padding and wrapped everything well.
