I have had medical reasons for being out for what will be 9 weeks out of the 12 month contract I signed with them. Out of those 9 weeks 8 I have been out by orders from my doctors. Prior to the medical reasons I am out for now I spoke to three of the coaches letting them know I would be out. At that time I thought it would be 2-4 weeks but after my surgery the Doctor said it needed to be at least 6 weeks. I have since sent four emails asking for help regarding my billing. Being I am unable to attend due to medical reasons I was hoping they would do something about my monthly charges...... it isn't cheap! I have finally heard back from one of the people I sent emails to. Like typical Vigor process I get the run-a-round because they pull the "we never got your emails" thing. They won't talk to the coaches that actually care about you, they will talk to the one that will tell them whatever they want to hear. At this point I am so sick of the B.S. I have asked to be let out of my contract. Of course "there is a cancellation fee." So, just so I can be done with this place I will be paying that fee. Just another way for them to get more money out of me. Now lets talk about some of the coaches. While all of the coaches are very knowledgeable, only some are helpful. When you get told "I'm not here to be liked" and "you don't have to be here", should go to show how much they don't care because it really doesn't do much to motivate you. Now, don't get me wrong, some of the coaches are wonderfully helpful and caring, the key word here is SOME. However, again, it is obviously clear that the goal of most employed at Vigor is only money. If you have money to burn and need help getting into shape, Vigor is a great place. If you have medical issues or don't mind being treated like all you are is money, Vigor is a great place. But, if you have medical issues and do everything you can to afford going here DO NOT DO IT! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY YOUR MONEY!

The place is pretty clean, the hot tub is always clean without the smell of chemicals. I would recommend fixing the massage chairs, adjusting the tension on rowing machines and occasionally cleaning out the lockers themselves. It's a smaller club and we travel from Ft Collins because we liked the feel of the club and it isn't usually terribly crowded.

It's fairly easy to get to, not too far from 25. As I was there for a special event, parking in the lot was not possible. They had someone out front directing us to an overflow parking area. Walking in I was impressed how comfortable the area was. A front desk and general waiting area, that led right into the main workout area. There was seating set up to accommodate a large crowd. They definitely made good use of the space. Not doing CrossFit myself, I wasn't familiar with all of the setup. On the left side of the room (when you walk in) they had lots of metal structures for pull ups and chin ups, and also had a lot of hanging pull up handles too. Looking around the room I saw ropes hanging from the ceiling, and lots of weights, ropes, and other equipment. It wasn't until I went to leave I saw all the weight equipment in the back corner. Everything looked in good working order (if not a bit intimidating ).
