I just completed all 6 weeks, and I lost over 25lbs (about 4lbs per week), and 7 inches off my waistline, and I did it for free!!! I am more fit and energetic than I have been in over 20 years. My family and friends can't believe how dramatic the change is in such a short period of time. I even enjoy working out and eating healthy now. It only takes 30 days to form a habit!!! This program is easily sustainable even after you are complete the 6 weeks. There are so many positives about this program at this Harmony Fort Collins location. The trainers are all so encouraging, positive, and supportive. Wendy and Mike, the owners, are also a wealth of knowledge, advice, and encouragement. The program is really well designed, with fun and challenging workouts that I look forward to, great recipes and meals (with videos for how to cook some of the meals), and the monetary incentive of a $500 refundable deposit was super motivating for me to get myself to the gym and eat properly. This program has changed my life forever. Thanks so much Koko Fitclub!!!

Each Lagree class is usually about 45 minutes, but they also offer some 30 minute classes so you can go in and get about your day or longer classes for anyone who really wants to spice things up. GRIT also offers other options like their climbing classes, mat pilates, HIIT, and yoga classes with the membership so it keeps things fresh so you don't feel like you're always just doing Lagree. Don't get me wrong, Lagree will always kick your butt no matter how long you've been practicing, but it's nice to venture out periodically and try something different and GRIT offers a variety of workouts. Most notably, their staff is always kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I've had my membership on and off for a couple years with GRIT and they always are so happy to welcome me back no matter how long it's been. It's always nice to go back and see friendly faces who are happy to see me. Insider tip, they also offer discounted drop-in times on Fridays. I almost hate posting this because they're usually booked up, but check them out if you have some free time on Friday. I highly recommend trying out a Lagree class at GRIT

I can't remember her name but I took a barre class, the class itself was good but the instructor was so snobby and not very friendly that it made the class uncomfortable. I do not think I will even go back for the rest of my trial week because of how I felt when I went this morning. Instructors really should be more inviting and nice especially if they want people to sign up. I would love to have said it was a positive experience but I cannot. I wouldn't recommend this studio to anyone I have been to far cheaper classes with nicer instructors. Not worth checking out.

I visited for a free first class and it was tough, even for a beginner level! I liked that it is very low impact for everything you do, from jumping to push ups, which puts so much less pressure on your joints and whole body. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and made frequent form corrections for me and the rest of the class, which was so helpful. The only downside for me was the lack of compliance with mask wearing - both the instructor/owner and all other attendees went maskless the entire workout, with masks only on when entering and exiting. She mentioned that the regulars all like not wearing masks, but just because someone is a regular doesn't mean they don't unknowingly have a virus or symptoms, or that they should be exempt from state public health guidelines. Additionally, the owner/instructor was super friendly, but seemed a bit all over the place - I had to tell her what level class it was as she didn't realize it was for beginners and she wasn't aware I was attending the class at all. A bit odd but still a good workout. I would be comfortable returning if they followed mask requirements or post-pandemic.

My son is starting school in Fort Collins this year and wanted to check out this gym. Lucky for us we were in town during Revlutn Gym's grand opening!! The entire gym was amazing. As soon as I entered we were politely greeted and asked if we would like a tour of the gym. Levi (one of the owners) came right over and gave my son and I a tour. I'm glad he did because we were able to see and hear all about what the gym has to offer. The apparel was really good looking and great quality. There's a corner for supplements, barbershop inside, lounge area to hang out, sauna, and even a cold plunge (you don't see this in many gyms)!!! Another highlight to the gym was the posing room. YES, flexing and showing off all the gains is a plus in this room. It's a really unique setup that has several lights and mirrors. All the equipment was superb, nicely organized, and very spacious.
