They have a good amount of machines, a stretching/exercise area, 3 squat racks, and 1 smith machine. Parking is usually pretty easy, although it can get busy at peak times. Owners, Chris and Jamie Dennis, are easy to get to know. They and all the coaches take time to help everyone whether you've have some weight training background or none. They have a great CF Kids program my boys loved! Chris, Jamie, Lane, Joel, Derek, Paige, Rachel, Alex, and Brandie are all terrific. This last August, I changed my debit card. This gym kept accruing debt instead of freezing the account. My mother never even went back in. Now, they have sent the $345 bill to collections which is hitting my mothers credit. They wont withdraw the amount from the collections, which they have the power to do. This gym should be torn down. Kyle, the district manager and partner needs to be fired and removed from his partnership. Kyle also works with the University of Colorado. Youd think someone involved with the University would have good morality. Kyle Silvieus is a snake and is ruining the good name of Golds Gym.
