I'm 43 and had never worked out regularly until my mid-thirties when I took up running. I loved running, and did a couple of 16k races, a half-marathon, and two Olympic triathlons. But even with regular running, I always felt disappointed that my body shape never really changed much (I'd get a little thinner, but was always pretty 'soft'). When I started ReNA, I was 139 pounds and felt like I was in decent shape. Seven months later, I'm only down about five pounds, but can't believe how totally different my body shape is. I've got muscles like I've never had before. I'm down two pant sizes. I can do a ridiculous number of push-ups. I kind of love squats. And much to my surprise, when the owner of ReNA convinced me to attempt static pull-ups the other day, I could actually do them (I haven't been able to do static pull-ups since I was in grade school). My experience at this planet fitness was awesome. I interacted with two of the different team members when I arrived and when I left and then also when I booked some of the black card services. They are some of the nicest front desk attendant I have ever met at a gym! I tried to discreetly look for some name tags, but each individual that I interacted with was just as nice the last so I'm gonna say the whole team is amazing. The facility is very very clean. I took a shower and even the soap/body wash smells really good. it didn't take very long at all to get pretty hot water and the water pressure was great. It IS cooler up there, but still runs hot with cardio work. The equipment is overall well-maintained. Due to Covid, the gym is not able to stay open 24/7 (the normal times). I have seen the staff asking people to pull up their masks when they aren't wearing them correctly. I do not hold the staff responsible, but I try not to come when the gym has too many people working out at the same time as there is little individual compliance with proper mask wearing. Sure, it sucks to wear a mask and work out, (I hate it) but it also sucks to spread or get Covid.

I have been involved with several high level facilities in the past including North Clackamas Aquatic Park. Rogue X is perfectly scaled and located to serve the Rogue Valley. It is a beautiful facility that provides a large pallet of activity for a large variety of user groups and still maintains the ability to grow to accommodate more users and varieties of activities. He was super nice, just had to sign a quick waiver and then he gave me a tour of the facility. Small gym- but has everything you could need! Treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, free weights; etc. very clean and all the equipment looked brand new. There was even a spin class going on up stairs! Monday - legs Tuesday - full body Wednesday - upper body Thursday - abs and booty Friday - full body Rest in the weekend. Pricing is great!!!
