First, they had me get a note, which was understandable. However, once I got the note, they stopped responding to my emails. When I went to see them in person, the owner just pointed me toward a sheet of paper with a number on it and sent me on my way. So much for exceptional customer service. I guess they're only willing to help you when they have your bank account number available. I was really, really disappointed.

I understand I should've noticed the $30 charge on my card monthly but I honestly didn't there was a lot going on inside of last year personally. Most aerobic machines come with a TV on it and there are also a couple of flat screens mounted around the bottom floor. On the second floor (more of a loft) you will find the spin bikes and a rower as well as a few other pieces of equipment. They do a couple of classes here that are included in the membership - spin, boot camp, and yoga - most of which are early in the morning (think 5:30 or 6:15 am). There are 3 spacious bathrooms, all of which have showers and one of which includes a sauna. The free weight area is smallish but has all of the equipment you need to get a god workout. My only real complaints about the gym is about the music. They have today hit's (i.e. to same 15 songs) blasting at all hours of the day, which makes it hard if you didn't bring your headphone and don't like Katy Perry, Kanye West, or Bruno Mars. Even if you do have headphones, you probably won't be able to hear whatever you were hoping to because it's pretty loud. Other than that, it would be nice if there were so more class options for those of us that can't bare the thought of getting out of bed at the crack of dawn.

We tried a community wrestling team the year before and our son wanted nothing to do with it. Gave it a half season but eventually pulled him out because of his lack of interest. A few months back I was seeing FB adds for a free introductory session at Grappletown. We signed our son up and after his first visit, he was adamant about coming back for more. A few months in at 2 days a week and he's still full speed ahead enjoying every class. Coach Matt, Coach Kale, and others have been very patient with the kids as they all progress and focus at different levels. We like Grappletown so much that even I've decided to join in while exploring a newfound motivation to enter into a fitness journey. After a back injury has kept me from being as active as I've been most my life, I've finally healed up enough to explore these opportunities. The coaches at Grappletown assure me that I can go at my own speed in order to mitigate any chance of reinjury. Wish me luck and come check it out for yourself.

It has everything you need for a complete workout. I absolutely love that they added multiple peck deck fly machines (very popular) and some additional smith machines with benches for pelvic thrusts. I have rarely had to wait for any one machine *YAY* I still think the Black Card upgrade is well worth it! Not sure if the red light therapy does anything, but it feels great on a cloudy day :) Note: I'm really pleased to see that they are able to retain staff. Audrey and Austin specifically are gems! They are always ready to assist and very pleasant to interact with. More importantly, I've NEVER seen paper towels and/or the sanitizing spray be out while they're on shift. I hope management sees the value in front facing customer service. These guys are Great!!
