This dental practice is the "BOMB!" I am a FOREVER patient! They are incredibly professional, friendly, with a beautiful, clean, and comfortable office. Their equipment and procedures are state of the art. The dentists, hygienists, assistants, and staff are INCREDIBLE! This team of dentists can take care of any dental need or want. I am working closely with Dr Heaton on a new SMILE and I have the temporaries now and cannot wait for my finished SMILE makeover! My goal this past couple of years is to look better at 60 years old than I did at 50 years old (almost 10 years ago). I choose not to do fillers, plastic surgery, laser etc., because those procedures do not last. My SMILE will last me my lifetime!! I am LOVING my new SMILE - THANK YOU... I already paid the debt before I arrived to the office so I was shocked this was a problem. AFTER my exam the other lady at the front desk then lied and said she called Delta my insurance company, and they told her I was "out of network." Sorry you didn't verify my insurance before my exam, try learning how to do your job next time lol. When I retuned home and called Delta they told me the exam would be covered or reimbursed if needed. I am a very high profile artist and refuse to be disrespected by some mid level dentist office for a $19 bill I already paid. I can certainly see why my cousin's family likes this dentist. He was caring and thorough, communicated with me throughout the procedure, checked frequently to be sure I was doing okay, and nice enough to take me in during the latter hours of his last day of the week on the job. I have an appointment to go back in almost two weeks to have the final work done. Total price for two root canals, emergency visit, X-rays and whatever else was just under $1800. There goes another credit on my Southwest Airlines Credit card! (So where did I go after filling my prescription at the local Costco Pharmacy? Jeepney's Bistro, a local Point-Point place I found here two trips ago. Had a bowl of Sinigang and a plate of Bihon. I left feeling like I'd had a good day in spite of the dental trauma. That sound that it makes when it goes into your less than pearly whites?! Who doesn't want to write a review about painful cavities? Fun stuff! I have been going to this dentist for years now. The staff has always been courteous, and they always return my phone calls. I also like that Dr. Nadkami is available for dental emergencies after hours - and will call you back if she doesn't answer! They have gone above and beyond for not only me, but also for my children. My kids do not fear going to the dentist - in fact, Dr. Nadkarni goes out of her way to make it fun for them, and only does a small amount of work per session so that they don't get stressed out.

When I called she says come back and we will fix it for you!! Well, I went back and they cemented it in. The next day it fell out. She then says for another 500 bucks they will give me a flipper. I am already very depressed in life because of my teeth. So I agreed to pay it. I had my scans done on that Friday for the flipper, and they said it would be ready first thing next week. Well, I waited all that first week with no front tooth. I finally called them on Thursday and they said Oh yeah it's sitting here ready for you. I was like well thanks for the call!!! WTF!! So then I go into pick it up, and im told we have no techs to try this on for you. Just take it home and let us know if there is any issues. Well the damn thing hurts the hell out of my mouth, but I'm so upset with this place that I don't even trust going back there to have it fixed. My whole experience with this place has been horrible. And when I already have a hard time living life because of my teeth, this place has truly made my depression even worse.
