Since businesses have no way of leaving an individual reply to these reviews. We will try to make it an on going thing to respond on this page to reviews as we find them. 1.) Valerie G....Thank you for your review. It was nice of you to stop by and see our studio for yourself. 2.) Jessica H As we also replied on our Facebook page to your review... We are extremely sorry for the mess up. Yes you were told it could be done in the same day and that was completely wrong. The artist who answered the question on the phone was a little overwhelmed at the time you called and also inexperienced in the procedure of airbrushing helmets. Unfortunately your experience has been a learning lesson for the staff here that I hope they won't soon forget. I hope that we can make it right some how, if you would like to discuss this further please call and ask for Michael and I would be happy to see how I can help. Again...I apologize for the mistake and hope we can have to opportunity to make it up to you. ________________________________________________________________________ For the record....Jessica H never responded to our reply on our Facebook page and therefore never gave us a chance to make things right. 3.) Dan J.....Thank you for your review.... While it was a while ago...The $10 special is an on going deal, however....it is not "Anything you want on a shirt"...it is your Name with a colored background. We truly appreciate your review and look forward to serving you again. 4.)Scott W. While you are correct in the fact that we were not able to airbrush your sons bike(which we are truly sorry we could not help) I think out of frustration, you exaggerated and left out a few details. 1.) That the area of the bike that you wanted airbrushed was in our opinion to small for us to do what we would consider a professional job. 2.) You wanted just a name without any artwork, at which point you were told that just a name is something that is better suited for a "Pin-Stripper" as this is the kind of thing they do all the time. 3.) You were never told we would not do it...you were told that a "Pin-Stripper" could do it better. At which point you chose to leave and we assumed went and found a pin stripper. We are truly sorry for your experience and hope that you will choose to give us another chance. _____________________________________________________________________ To everyone reading these reviews and for ANY business reviewed on ANY website. Please remember that these are but snapshots of one persons experience after just one visit. I think that as intelligent human beings it is safe to say that we ALL have bad days, bad experiences and we all make mistakes. After a negative experience in any business please have to courage to contact a person in charge, especially in the case of a small family owned business you should contact the Owner. Talk with them directly and explain your situation. I bet your negative experience will be turned around after a polite, civil conversation with this person about your un-happy experience. Posting on websites like these without first trying to resolve a situation is not a "Review" it is simply "Revenge"....which is actually very immature. read more
