Dishonest, Unprofessional, and a Total Ripoff - Stay Away!!!!
I had a terrible experience with this business and strongly advise you to stay far away. I spent over $700 on what I was told would be high-quality custom shirts ($26 per shirt)-- but they never once disclosed that they'd be using DTF (Direct-to-Film), the cheap plastic iron-on method that looks and feels like it came from the dollar store.
The final product was absolutely unacceptable -- nothing like what I was promised or paid for. The shirts looked cheap, felt worse, and were completely unusable for my needs, I left them there.
When I reached out to address the issue, they refused to take any responsibility. No apology. No refund. No offer to fix or reprint. Just silence, excuses, and blame-shifting. They made it clear they had no interest in doing right by the customer.
This business lied by omission, delivered garbage-quality work, and kept every cent. I feel completely scammed in my own town.
If you care at all about quality, honesty, or not throwing hundreds of dollars down the drain, avoid this place at all costs. Local is not always better. read more
