The restroom in the lobby area is huge. It is only 1 bathroom but its never so busy that its a problem. They take walkins and have special pricing for self pay patients on Wednesdays. The representative I spoke with was not only unprofessional and dismissive, but the call was abruptly disconnected--an action that is completely unacceptable. This was the same person that ignored me when I recently went to get my labs done at this location. As a customer, I expect courtesy, respect, and assistance, not to be treated rudely and hung up on. This experience reflects poorly on your organization and raises serious concerns about how calls are being handled and information is given to patients/clients.

I first came to this location a few months ago to get a Covid test for traveling purposes. I explained that I needed it within a certain timeframe and they rushed to get me my results quicker! I came back to get the Covid vaccine and was seen within 15 minutes. They took more precautions with sectioned off areas, which I appreciated. They go through the procedure you are going through, along with a paper that will explain it more. The nurses are always my favorite part about coming here. They make you feel that you are in a safe zone, while being friendly. Overall great service!

Today I forgot to bring my dr's order for my annual mammogram and I thought I was going to have to reschedule until Cynthia at the front stepped in, overrode the standard process and gave me a pass! I could still get my annual work done even though they had no paperwork other than from last year and she would simply call my physician directly Monday AM to reconcile the administrative side, saving me the hassle of a reschedule. Thank you to the kind staff at the Women's Center but especially to Cynthia today! You all are absolute angels!

I scheduled an annual wellness visit, which my insurance covers at 100%. Before my appointment, I…read moreconfirmed my coverage and understood that there should be no copay for a preventive annual exam. When I arrived at the South Conway office, I was told I had to pay a $60 copay "just in case" the visit ended up being billed differently. I did not feel this was fair, especially since my insurance clearly covers annual preventive visits at 100%. Because I disagreed with being charged a copay for a covered service, I chose to cancel my appointment and requested a refund of the $60, which was provided. Unfortunately, this meant I lost time from work and wasted part of my day for an appointment I was unable to keep. I understand that clinics have billing policies, but patients should not be expected to pay upfront for services that their insurance has already confirmed as fully covered. I hope management reviews this policy so other patients do not experience the same frustration.

During the middle of my treatment, I was dismissed from the practice because the doctor refused to complete a form I requested. The practice had no problem collecting the $100.00 payment at every visit. 0qWhat was most concerning was that I was dismissed without a referral to another provider or any assistance to ensure continuity of care. As a patient, I felt abandoned during an active course of treatment. While I understand that physicians have the right to decline completing paperwork if they believe it is not appropriate, I also believe patients deserve respectful communication and a proper transition of care. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported after investing both my time and money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I hope they improve their communication, patient-centered care, and professionalism so that other patients do not have a similar experience.
