I was going to edit my previous review but I can't find it now. Anyway, they charged $125+$3.75…read moreservice fee to draw blood for the 3 vials I brought in with the shipping box! I should have called around, but on the website for the lab, it showed a place that draws blood for $10, (in CA), so I figured the cost would be reasonable and no one answered in the Winter Park store when I tried to call and find out. After paying that shocking amount I did call around for pricing and since Any Lab Test Now is a franchise, they can make up their own prices. I found prices ranging from $35-$75 plus usually $5 extra for each tube over 2. Maybe it was just me and everyone else pays a lower price, since they can make up their own prices it could change from person to person. Be smart and call around for the best price, but I don't recommend the rip off Winter Park store.

Today I forgot to bring my dr's order for my annual mammogram and I thought I was going to have to reschedule until Cynthia at the front stepped in, overrode the standard process and gave me a pass! I could still get my annual work done even though they had no paperwork other than from last year and she would simply call my physician directly Monday AM to reconcile the administrative side, saving me the hassle of a reschedule. Thank you to the kind staff at the Women's Center but especially to Cynthia today! You all are absolute angels!

I arrive a couple minutes early to find the waiting room already full and a short line to check in which results in the computer showing me as getting there late. Now, mind you, I'm the second scheduled patient of the day yet the waiting room is full. After I got checked in I took a seat expecting I'd be heading back very soon. 9:20.... 9:30....9:45...... at 9:50 I was taken back, vitals taken then left to sit until 10:00.... 10:10.....10:15. ONE HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME I HAD YET TO SEE THE DOCTOR. I left. Very angry. I have a job and a life. This is not the first time this has happened. I've also had to sit for an hour when I was the FIRST appointment. If you have anything else to do with your life aside from sitting waiting on a doctor then find a different practice. These people are habitually late regardless of when you make your appointment. I've never ever been seen any sooner than 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This one sucks at patient relations. It goes without saying that they are more interested in overscheduling ($$$) than the patients.

When I arrived at the South Conway office, I was told I had to pay a $60 copay "just in case" the visit ended up being billed differently. I did not feel this was fair, especially since my insurance clearly covers annual preventive visits at 100%. Because I disagreed with being charged a copay for a covered service, I chose to cancel my appointment and requested a refund of the $60, which was provided. Unfortunately, this meant I lost time from work and wasted part of my day for an appointment I was unable to keep. I understand that clinics have billing policies, but patients should not be expected to pay upfront for services that their insurance has already confirmed as fully covered. I hope management reviews this policy so other patients do not experience the same frustration.
