If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never written a bad review in my life but I had to! The girl who drew my blood was very unprofessional. She calls my name and doesn't look me in the eye or greet me.. just says go to room 1 on the right. I sat down in the chair and she gets the tubes ready and put a white basket in front of me that had someone else's blood on it. When I pointed it out to her, she seemed annoyed but she cleaned it. She chose which arm she wanted to stick (there is clearly a nice vein). She didn't use a tourniquet and fished around to get blood. She never got it and finally took the needle out. I asked her in a polite yet curious way why she didn't use a tourniquet (I'm an RN and know the proper way to draw blood). She got an attitude and said my veins didn't need one (obviously they did as I was fasting for over 12 hours) and that "you're coming off some kind of way" (whatever that means). I apologize and say "I'm sorry maybe I'm just hungry". She says "Well its not my fault you had to fast" and rolls her eyes. After she finally got the blood she says "you can go" and then realizes I still needed to give urine. She then hands me the cup aggressively and tells me to go to the lobby and leave the cup on the counter/front desk. The bathroom was occupied so as I was waiting I can hear her talking about me to her fellow employees. At this point, I'm clearly upset so I walk up to the counter and say "I can hear you talking about me which means so can everyone else in this waiting room". She shrugs her shoulders and says "I'm just telling them what happened". I replied, "well you could at least have waited until I was gone". I sit back down and she continues talking about me!! So, I loudly explained to everyone in the waiting room how unprofessional she was and they all agreed. At that point I decided that I wasn't going to give my urine and sat the empty cup down. As I was walking out, the girl at the front desk who she was ranting to politely called me back and told me I needed my paperwork and that I could drop my urine off and handed the cup to me in a bag and said have a nice day. I could tell she was mortified and embarrassed for the entire situation that just unfolded. If it weren't for the little old ladies in the waiting room, I would have turner into a Karen and asked to speak to the manager. That girl does not deserve a job. I failed to mention that she was wearing jogger sweatpants and a tight shirt (what happened to wearing scrubs in a healthcare environment???). read more
