Even though I showed up an hour early (I was ok waiting), I got called at my appointment time. They were quick and attentive to peoples' needs and got people in and out. One my name was called, I went back. My tech was absolutely awesome. She was so kind, gentle, and the needle stick went unnoticed. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because she missed some of the labs that my provider requested and I'll have to go back now. Billing was efficient and quick, too.
