The past 4 times I've went to labcorp in Leesburg. The receptionist doubled as a person blood worker. They have constantly said there's only 2 people and will get to us shortly. They are always nasty. Why make an appointment when they run extremely late every time. read more

your sorry about my experience. well isn't that special. the fact that your associate did not do the job they were paid for the fact that your associate did not know to check further shows lack of training or lack of caring. which is it. it cost me a job tell the associate I said thank you very much. But guess what. I went to lab corp and had the test done appropriately and with proper professionally and guess what. a false positive was detected I had no thc in my system how about re immersing me the 89.00 dollars it cost me to have the test done with them. how about some sort of investigation done to see how many other screw ups has occurred at your lab. word of mouth is a very formidable advertisement and you WILL NOT recieve a good recommendation from me no matter what. I'm surprised you even bothered to contact me to say you were sorry too big a company to care about one little individual. but rest assured on my next job interview I will ask what company they use for drug testing and they will be informed of this event and I will ask if I can use Quest Diagnostics instead of lab corp do I sound upset. betcha I am. maybe you should try evaluate your policies because they are NOT up to standard read more

This by by far the most efficient labcorp or any bloodwork place I have ever been to! Scan for checkin they verify your payment and take you back immediately. That gal in the back did an absolutely fantastic job with the bloodwork, I hate needles but didn't even feel it! This location is further for me but is way better than the brownwood location. I highly recommend! read more

Rude staff . Can't schedule an appointment because they refuse to answer the phone and the automated appointment system does not allow you to set one either . If you don't like your job you should quit. read more

Me and my brother just went in to get a sample test done for his new job, the website says they close at 5, NO THEY CLOSE AT 2:30! not only that but we showed up at 1:55 and the "Lady" at the front was so rude and treated us like we are stupid. she said "we stop drug test at 2" mmmmm let's ask the corporate office then, they CLOSE AT 2:30 DO YOUR DAMN JOB TILL YOUR TIME IS UP! No surprise why this place is rated so low. yall are actually stupid and should be shut down. The customer service was absolutely shit. If you don't like your job lady then leave cuz I know as a 21 yo woman I could even do better than your dumb ass. read more

Worst customer service. Negative 10 review! I have been there at the Leesburg, Fl location three times in the last four days they were open to obtain a drug screen for my job. I have used this location for years now for my drug screens as I am a medical contract employee and change positions every few months, which means i need a new drug screen often. There is a new male employee at the front desk and he is beyond rude and uncaring. The first time I went, when they reopened from lunch at 12:30 pm he announced no one was there to do drug screens. Ok. Maybe a one time thing...?... The next time I went at 2:15pm, they were already closed, before they're posted closing time. The next day I went at 2:10 PM and was told that the drug screens end at 2:00 PM. I told the gentleman this was my third time there already, and what happened the other times, he spoke to me as if I was a liar. (maybe because I was there for a drug test? ) I am beyond livid. What a waste of my time. I never had any problems before at this location, for the years I had been coming here with the other two regular employees. I was usually in and out in 10 minutes or less, no matter what time I came in. They were always respectful and kind. I will never come back here again. I was treated like trash. Beware! read more

Went yesterday as a walk-in for routine bloodwork. Check in process was very convenient and I was taken in very quickly despite being a walk-in. Receptionist was very friendly, and the woman who did the blood draw was super nice. Also, this was the quickest, most efficient draw I've had in years and was painless. Altogether a great experience. read more
