Walked into a small waiting area and checked into a self check kiosk. Make sure to bring your DL and insurance card to scan. A tv screen on the wall provided coverage of calling order. Someone would open the door and call name of next person to be helped. Valeri assisted me. She was pleasant and professional. (It's located behind the Little Woodrows) The nurse taking my blood tests was very nice, and gave me helpful advice for my first time pregnancy. She made a welcoming environment and was very nice to me, as well very kind to the other clients! If I need any other testing done I would 100% go here again.
