this place has over perscribed my mother twice now, including two anti depressants at once, and…read moreblood presure medication. the physicans here do not check the notes of others, and will give you drugs that will conflict with your body; my mother was made to see things that were not there, because of their malpractice; she also has had dizziness and falling issues, from the medication given; at one point, she was given the oral version of a topical cream, and it caused her to see "ghosts", while she has been sound of mind her whole life. care providers will ask how youre feeling, or what an ailment may be that you have, but then they will perscribe another drug, without asking how the prior ones have made you feel. the doctors may "care", but at times, i have had to check my mother's doctor on their methods of care, and the like. if you use humana, or a government assisted medical care plan of any kind, do not go here, ask for a different center, and press them to make sure that they are paying attention to what you need and how you feel. go any where, or any place other than here.

I checked in, filled out my paperwork, and was seen within about 10 minutes. I was feeling very dehydrated and weak, so they took my blood sugar, checked my vitals, examined my throat and ears, and ran tests to rule out flu, COVID, and strep. It was very reassuring to see them taking the time to rule out all the major concerns. They determined I was fighting an infection, so I received a steroid shot and my first dose of antibiotics right there in the clinic. They even had me wait a while afterward to make sure I didn't have any adverse reactions, which I appreciated. They sent my prescriptions promptly to the H-E-B next door, and I didn't have to wait long before I was headed home. I truly cannot recommend this urgent care enough. This office is a little older than the other one, but the quality in care is the same. Everyone I got to talk to during my time there was very attentive and took the time to listen to my needs. My appointment was with Ms. Ashlei Wooten and she was absolutely wonderful. I usually see Ms. Candace at the Huebner location, but I am glad to found a second nurse practitioner I can trust and that cares about your well-being.
