Therefore, after preregistering, I received instructions. One set of instructions allowed me to enter the facility upon arrival, go to the kiosk, and scan the QR code provided to check in before sitting down and waiting. I opted for the second option: I could check in from my vehicle up to half an hour before my appointment time of 11:15 AM and wait in my car until I received a text instructing me to come upstairs to the facility. After checking in from my car, I received a text within a few minutes. When I took the elevator upstairs and entered the room, the attendant at the window was expecting me. She smiled and asked if I had just checked in by phone. I replied yes, and she told me to have a seat and that they would call me soon. There were about ten other people waiting, though not everyone was there for the same reason. I was there for a pre-employment drug screening exam. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15 AM, but by 11:06 AM, my specimen had already been collected, my receipt was signed, and I was out the door while everyone else was still waiting. My experience was much better than the negative experiences others have shared, but I approached it differently. I made sure to read a substantial number of reviews before my visit, and I aimed to do the opposite of what those who complained did. It's important to note that everyone goes there for different reasons, so some people might have to wait longer than others. However, if you make an appointment and follow a similar approach to mine, you may have a better experience than a walk-in. If ten people had appointments for the same reason I was there, perhaps the wait would have been longer, so always prepare yourself for potential wait times at any appointment. Nonetheless, I believe having an appointment set up in advance worked in my favor because everything was ready upon my arrival. With just a push of a button on my cellphone, I checked in, and before my seat could even start warming up, I was already out the door. With that said, good luck and happy travels!

I got a text when they were ready for me to come in. They called me into the room just before my appt time and all of my lab orders were already input in the system. My tech and the supervisor were very nice and I could tell they cared because they were nice, patient, and helpful with everyone who came in. I have tricky veins and they were able to get all the blood they needed with 1 stick - no bruise or bleeding afterwards. The whole process took 15 mins. Which was a huge relief because it was a fasted blood draw and I was hungry!

After waiting another hour, I was finally told that the doctor would not be coming in today. My time was completely wasted. If a doctor is unavailable, patients should be notified as soon as possible. Being checked in, taken to an exam room, and left waiting for an hour before learning that I would not be seen reflects terrible communication and poor coordination. Patients make arrangements and set aside time for these appointments. Our time deserves respect. I understand that unexpected situations happen, but that does not excuse leaving a patient waiting without an update. As a new patient, I expected professionalism, clear communication, and basic consideration. Instead, this visit left me frustrated and with very little confidence in how this office is managed.
