Such a quick and easy experience. I made an appointment online and showed up 10 min before my appt and checked in on my phone from the parking lot. I got a text when they were ready for me to come in. They called me into the room just before my appt time and all of my lab orders were already input in the system. My tech and the supervisor were very nice and I could tell they cared because they were nice, patient, and helpful with everyone who came in. I have tricky veins and they were able to get all the blood they needed with 1 stick - no bruise or bleeding afterwards. The whole process took 15 mins. Which was a huge relief because it was a fasted blood draw and I was hungry! read more

Had to drop off a specimen for my baby today and found the nearest Quest diagnostics I could find. I've passed this shopping center before and I knew it was sketchy. Took the chance anyway cause it was the nearest quest and it showed little wait time. Got there and found it wasn't too bad. Not too much parking. Got lucky someone was leaving and got the space. When I came in there was no one in the front. Eh not a good sign. Got nervous about it. Signed in electronically like it told me to and I sat down. About 5-10 minutes later a woman comes out and calls me. Ok? Guess they see the entries from the back. Cool. She said she called me in so I didn't have to wait to drop something off. Put my information in the system asked for my insurance and id filled out a paper and I was out of there. Everyone was super nice and I was happy with the service. Will come back to this location. Got a last minute appointment here on 12/30/21. I found the place easily and went inside to check in. Have your ID and your insurance card ready because you have to scan both when you check in. I arrived early for my appointment and I was seen before my appointment time. The phlebotomist was very efficient. After my appointment, I made a quick stop inside the supermarket next door and I was home by the time of my original appointment. I would definitely come back here. read more

Walked in without an appointment and was taken in right away after I electronically signed in. My doctor had sent my information electronically, so they already had everything, I just had to verify. (I loved the fact that they already had everything, so I didn't have to request and keep track of the prescription. Well done, doctor office.) The phlebotomist was very pleasant and efficient. Very good at her job. The clinic is very clean and professional. Since I was a walk-in, I expected a wait and brought a book to read. I didn't even get to read one page, however, now I have some found time, think I will go to lunch! read more

I have to give credit to any organization that is open on Saturdays at 7 a.m.Their hours are very convenient for individuals with a 9-5 schedule. The Saturday hours are 7-12. Little did I know, everyone shows up exactly at 7. The place is packed to the point where all the seats are filled. By 7:30, there is no one there. So, if you need to attend, feel free to sleep in because most people go early. The employees worked quickly and efficiently. There were three staff members collecting insurance information and about six drawing blood. I should warn you, I am afraid of needles and drawing blood in general. Because I have been feeling weak and tired, my doctor decided to test for EVERYTHING. When I saw how many containers had my name on them I started breathing deeply and getting lightheaded. The nurse told me she would be moving me to a bed so I would be more comfortable. The nurse analyzed my arms for a while to make sure the process would be quick and painless because by this point, I was hyperventilating. As she filled the TEN containers she asked another nurse to bring me a cold compress for my head and cold water to drink. She kept speaking calmly to me and went through the process as quickly as possible. She asked me questions to keep my mind off of it. I'm surprised at the amount of patience the nurse had with a grown woman freaking out over drawing blood. I will definitely be back here for my next lab work. read more

Went to this location for first time and was a little apprehensive when I walked in, but the staff was clearly aware of the sign ins and were prompt, informative and efficient. Wait time was minimal and the staff was friendly and courteous and followed all safety guidelines. I highly recommend this location. read more

Had an appointment and was questioned why I didn't have confirmation number,made me wait while she helped others. I asked if I had an appointment wouldn't the confirmation number be sent to the facility, she said no , and made me wait more having me look to see if I had it. I asked where I could find the number, would it be on the website? She didn't know. She helped other people. She then produced a sheet of paper with appointments and surprise! My confirmation number was on it! Was all that necessary? After waiting more in a waiting room where no seats were available I was called in. Out of curiosity I asked what lab tests the dr ordered..silence. I asked if I could see the order form , she turned it to me without eye contact or acknowledgment that I was speaking to her. I just thought she must hate her job. I wish my insurance wouldn't make me go there for tests, bad experience. read more

If I could give -5 stars I would... I don't understand why they tell you to follow a protocol and then they do what they feel is best when you arrive. Horrible service, and if you can't follow your own rules change them!!!! Unfortunate, that there are not many choices for diagnostic labs. read more

Walked in on a weekday late morning, maybe around 11 am or so , with an appointment and although pretty packed , did not wait as long as expected . The key is making an appointment online & BRING THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER just in case . I kept hearing the front desk lady ask others for the confirmation number if she did not find the appointment. I made an appointment through the website (which they couldn't find, when I got there I realized I never received a confirmation email so assumed it was my mistake, so I waited). After my experience I am seriously considering changing peditricians. Mine closed his lab so I had to take my 2 year old for what I thought was a routine test. I do not pay private insurance for this kind of service as snobby as it sounds. Number one, usually when we do the routine annual check up at the pediatricians office and there is urine collection my son gets bagged while we wait for all the formalities. We got the bag when we went inside which was 30 or 40 minutes after we had gotten there. At this rate, being two, he sometimes urinates if you ask him to. So when she gave me the bag and collection, I should have used my better judgement because I attempted to take him to the bathroom previous to the blood being drawn. She seemed to disapprove. I guess didn't want to be held up. I have an older son and I have never had to experience blood being drawn through his veins. So I asked her "this isn't a finger prick test?" And she said "we don't do those here" btw she only answered my questions when I adressed her in spanish. He doesn't usually cry when he's gotten his finger pricked and I was a little confused but decided to go through with it. A guy walked in, nice and friendly. She preping and my son's ready for the needle in a flash with the guy making small talk. When I see it I'm like wait not only are you drawning blood but you're using that needle? I don't recall people using that size needle on me. She responds "we don't have butterflies" almost laughing, like how ridiclous of me to ask. How does a medical facility where routine blood test get drawn all the time not have something like butterflies, specially to use on children. Anyways, my kids are brutal, I mean fall and back up and they have the personality to match. So me and the nice guy hold my son down for the needle, my son is fine he cries a bit at the initial prick but doesn't move and settles down, a few seconds later, the blood stops, and she loses the vein. Good-bye. I should have known this lady was training and using my son in the process when she called in that guy. My son was more P.O'd at the tape they savangely taped on him at the injection point with the cotton, trying to rip it off, more than the actual shot itself so he was crying. Immidiately the guy takes over, and I mean fast, he uses the other arm to flawlessly take the blood out of him in seconds. Honestly had the more experienced guy taken care of us from the beginning I would have given this place 3 stars, but that wasn't the case. This is where I'm taking my kids now? Target practice. At least Target practice with thinner needles when your dealing with children. By the time I was done with the blood I could honestly say I didn't even want to attempt the urine collection so I'll have to drive that in a little later today. They need better organization over there. This could have been something taken care of more effectively. Other thing, most the staff seem as unfriendly as it gets. Seeing them call and receive customers. I saw one of the phlebotomist there talk to the receptionist in a very rude and condeceding way (maybe because she doesn't speak english) and yes she made a mistake. Seems like a horrible place to work really. Also, I don't usually care because I am fluent in spanish, but I can honestly say hardly anyone I came in contact with speaks English, at least not well enough that they are comfortable speaking it, but seem to understand it quite well. This is something that's really driving me nuts lately because it's getting ridiculous. read more
