I got a text when they were ready for me to come in. They called me into the room just before my appt time and all of my lab orders were already input in the system. My tech and the supervisor were very nice and I could tell they cared because they were nice, patient, and helpful with everyone who came in. I have tricky veins and they were able to get all the blood they needed with 1 stick - no bruise or bleeding afterwards. The whole process took 15 mins. Which was a huge relief because it was a fasted blood draw and I was hungry!
