She is thorough and patient...never hurries you through your Appt and is amazing on the portal. She has helped me with every single issue I've brought her way. The same goes for Dr. Telford-Wren. She is both my kids' pediatrician and has been immensely helpful. Now for the incredible office staff. Let me tell you...these ladies are so sweet, so funny and so helpful. The amount of times I've laughed with them after an appointment is worth a couple stars by itself. They always help me out when I call and have really put in overtime on some of my family's referrals and appointments. I think it's unfair that they have one single review, and that it's so terrible. I wanted to take a moment and say something nice about this, even though the more people that go, the less chance I have to get the quick appointments :)

All in all doctor wren is a very bad doctor in my eye's and my faimly's, cause they also treated with him to and had very bad out come's. he has a god complex and his treatment's are out dated and could be deadly if you would treat with him. I suggest you find another medical group and not use these doctor's because of him. It is a shame because there are good doctor's there but he will step on their feet and over rule their treatment plan's whenever he feel's like it.

You won't get an adjustment because they don't treat you until the X-rays are read later. (?) If you are in pain & beg for an adjustment, you still won't get it even during the 2nd appointment. This is where they review the X-rays & give you a treatment plan. After this consultation, you talk to the business manager who gives you a stack of forms to sign, the payment plan for said treatment plan, and asks for a credit card to keep on file. If you comply, then you can make an appointment for an adjustment or some other therapy that they offer. This is not the type of chiropractor for me. The office was clean. The atmosphere had a positive vibe. Lots of white pleather chairs in the waiting room. There is a small area for kids. Someone else might like their way of doing business. But I was in pain (9.5/10) and needed relief but didn't get it. I actually left with more pain to the point that I contemplated going to the ER. I want my doctors to want to provide me with relief instead of handing me forms & a treatment plan. I ended up self-medicating for several days until my old chiropractor was available (he is retiring soon).

She takes all my concerns seriously . She's very knowledgeable about all my health issues and I am feeling better under her care and her referrals to other specialists . I was here once for a bad back strain and got the help I needed and was given free sample muscle relaxers which helped greatly. I had 2 other appointments more recently also. The only real negative for me was I mentioned a particular area of concern and a check of my blood pressure was not done which I thought should be routine. I was seen in a timely fashion and all of the staff is friendly including Dr. Barr. I know some other patients of this practice and I would recommend them.
