Now that she is gone the office manager Helen is not only rude but doesn't follow up with patient care. Took me going to office to adress 3 unanswered emails regarding my mother car only to have her tell me, "oh yeah I saw your email today. We have turn over.Sorry about that." Then I ask her what the office policy is for responding to patients. - she says "I told you 5 business days." So why are the emails not answered the after two weeks plus?? We came today to pick up letter we requested via email 3 weeks ago only to have us wait 30 minutes + because the letter was not signed by doctor yet. Helen told us to come at 9am to pick up and it would ready. It's 11:00 am! No respect for her word or our time. This is the exact reason good doctors need the right support with admin, otherwise the result is the chaos we are experiencing.

When we arrived at about…read more10:30am, there were no other patients so he was checked in immediately and seen by the doctor within minutes. I've never been to such an urgent care with such fast and attentive service. Doctor Chang ordered a CT scan to check the abdomen, ribs and liver area and was fine with the scan in under 5 minutes of admittance. So glad we came here. Now I will say the imaging results are making up for the speedy check-in. It's been over an hour since the CT scan and still awaiting results. So while the check-in process was speedy, getting the results back will test your patience considering how fast the admittance process was. In any case, it's still a great facility. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. I hope I don't need urgent care but if I'm in Houston and find myself in a jam, I would certainly choose to come here.
