I am a hard stick and when I'm in hospital the staff nurses give up on me quickly. I have never had a problem with sticks at this clinic. They get in and out, usually with only one try, and I am on my way. I have never had to wait more then ten minutes for my turn. It may help that I treat them courteously, but I have never had a rude encounter, although the staff is not overly effusive. They are polite and efficient, and that is all I ask for.

It is all sign-in at a kiosk, which is okay, but I walked to change from appt to walk in. I waited about an hour, which I did expect some wait time. They were already an hour behind. There were supposed to be 5 technicians, but only 2 were working - I guess the other 3 called in sick. I am glad I am not paying for this service; my employer is. I will suggest they change servcies.

I checked in and had to wait for 1+hr but as soon as my name was called, I walked in and the kind gentleman took my blood with single needle.
