We've been loyal customers of Any Hour since 2016. We recently bought an older house that needed quite a few repairs so we've spent over $35,000 in the last 6 months through Any Hour. They're overpriced and they oversell and make promises that they don't keep. Their plumbing repair is poor. We had their plumber tighten the drains under 3 of our sinks which had small leaks but they charged us for 7 AND the next morning they were leaking worse than before! We were told that if we would replace the water heater they would give us a new water softener as a promotion but they charged us for the water softener anyway. They also installed 3 whole home surge protectors at different times and charged us for all 3, you only need one them when we asked about it they said one was from our other home which we haven't owned for two years! Why is it on this bill?!!!. I could go on and on but the bottom line is you can't trust them! Check your bills before you sign anything!! They shove the iPad in your face and say "sign hear" without having an opportunity to discuss the work and it's only later that you find out that they've ripped you off!!! read more

There are things I like about the Any Hour business model and the individuals I have dealt with on several occasions have been very nice. I recently used their $29 Drain Unclog service for a bathroom sink drain that worked ok but drained a bit slow. This turned into a bad experience for me. The technician, a very nice person, started to unclog the drain and his tool broke off in the drain pipe. Now I had no drain at all. The technician could not get the tool out and brought in an Any Hour plumber to help. This plumber couldn't get it out so he ran a new 5 foot ABS pipe through the floor and connected it to the drain. He also said my water pressure was too high and recommend that he install a new pressure regulator. His bill came to $1,587.10. Over $1,000 of this was for the new five foot ABS pipe to bypass the one their broken tool had completely plugged. So much for a $29 drain unclog special where they advertise they can unclog any drain with normal access. I wasn't happy but paid the bill. After stewing on this for a while I received a text from the company asking if there was anything else they can do for me. I asked to receive a call from a supervisor about the drain unclog service. I received a call from the supervisor a few days later and I explained my concern and told him that the failure of their equipment shouldn't have cost me. After he called the technician to check this out he called me back and said that his technician had spent seven hours on this problem, he didn't charge me the $29, he gave me a 5% military discount, and that I had signed a waiver that they weren't responsible for any damages done to my system. OK, much of the seven hours was spent on replacing the pressure regulator which I had paid for without complaint. As for the waiver, all I can say is DON'T SIGN THEIR WAIVER. I believe a reputable provider would take responsibility for damage caused when their equipment fails and causes damage to the customer. Now my bathroom sink drains well but I felt this was a very expensive $29 service and a poor response from a supervisor. read more

Called Any Hour for an emergency leak problem on a Saturday morning around 9am. They said they would be there at 12:00. Then they called at 2:45 and said that no one was available until some time Monday. How is that "any hour"? The person we spoke with was nice enough, but the reason we were given for the delay was a company meeting. We had to shut off the water to our house, leaving 6 people with out running water, toilets, etc. a two day delay for a "meeting " is not only ridiculous, but completely unacceptable for a company that bases its business model on 24/7 service. FAR TOO EXPENSIVE! My toilet wouldn't stop running. They charged me $38 to tell me they wanted $530 to replace the toilet tank parts. Or $950 to replace the entire toilet. I did not have them do the work. Don't waste your money having them come out! Find someone that offers a fair price. read more

Zero Stars if we could!!!! Buyer Beware and run to some else, in our opinion! Buckle up and give an extra tag, as you are going for a predatory ride of your life with the work you are requesting to be completed. In our opinion we were bait and switched as we requested a CARRIER furnace as was given a GOODMAN of lesser quality and even the GOODMAN Label from the manufacturing company was taken off and a Any Hour Signature label put in that label. We paid for a Carrier Brand and after repeatedly asking for a cost breakdown was only given 3 days AFTER the furnace was installed and only with numbers of the furnace without a Brand/Make name any place to be found in the estimate. AH left no documents with the furnace which comes with the furnace so as to read about the furnace, filter change, maintenance, tune-up cycle, etc. probably because AH did not want us to know we got a GOODMAN Furnace. The inept installers installed the exhaust and intake flues wrong and never did take out a permit with Ogden City. They placed our lives at risk from Carbon Monoxide poisoning, which is a serious matter. We called Ogden City Inspection Dept. and got them involved to get AH to take out a permit and come back and fix the problem. it took AH 2 weeks to return to repair. We had to make numerous calls to reach any one to refund our up front money with no response. AH is way over priced for the service they give their customers in our opinion! This gets a no star., but I had to put one star to be able to post a review. Any hour plumbing took advantage of an older widow. Shameful!!! Charged her 500.00 to replace a faucet that took them less than 1/2 hour to install and the cheapest faucet that maybe cost 50.00. Then of coarse had to up sell the woman and left her with a bid for a pressure gauge "she needs"for 500.00. All the other plumbers she has called in said she does not have to have one. The job wasn't even down correctly, for the hot and cold water lines mixed up. Two weeks later no one came out so I just fixed them myself. read more

We had a water heater go out and they were such a pleasure to work with and very knowledge and efficient. They are very wonderful and made sure that everything was explained though. No surprises. Avoid these guys like the Plague, I had electrical issue at my moms house her basement wasn't getting any power. A guy comes out claims he worked two hours and charges her 430.00 dollar. All he did was run a cable and install an outlet, the basement still doesn't have power to the other outlets. Afterwards I called another Electrician from a different outfit to come out, Checks all the outlets finds an outlet in the basement that a wire popped out of, Installs a junction box in the utility closet, fixes the outlet 100 bucks and all the outlets work. Avoid these guys and save yourself the headache their electricians are super Shady and they over charge. read more

When Joseph showed up, he had mask and put on his slippers before entering the home. He gave me 3 different scenarios and prices. He was kind and professional. Best service I have ever received. I was going to give these guys 5 stars because they were nice guys but turned out these guys just ripped us off just like other contractors did. We didn't know that their going to charge us 700 dollars more just to put light fixtures and plugs after we paid them more than 3,100 dollars to do rough labors in our small basement that was already have some electric work done. We even bought some lights ourselves on top of it. Don't make mistakes like what we did, make sure it mentions all the rough and finished labor in the contract. This year we wasted a lot of money with contractors asking more money that we weren't aware of for all the projects on our house. WE GOT RIPPED! read more

In our opinion, A representative from any hour service sat right on our couch looked us in the eye and lied to us. They were trying to sell us Solar. We asked will a lien be put against our property if we do this because we did not want it if there would be a lien. He said NO. Well now we want to refinance our house for a lower rate and our house is being held hostage by the finance company they used (Greensky). They will not even negotiate the lien unless we pay off the loan in full. This could bankrupt us. We specifically told them if there would be a lien we did not want the system, in my opinion they lied to get us to buy. They set us up, put in the panels, etc. and hung us out to dry. If you get work done by them you had better record any bids. That way if they miss lead you you will have proof. We sure wish we had. Now we may go bankrupt because of them. read more

Soooo disappointed with Any Hour. They gave a widowed neighbor a $4000+ estimate for electrical work. Another neighbor who was an electrician assisted with the work, 3 hours, she bought the parts, $300. This work was happily approved by the local building inspector. Quite a markup Any Hour!!!! $3700 bid for 3 hour job/$300 parts from a widow, REALYY??? Someone has to pay for the Any Hour logo on movie theatres and a bombardment of Any Hour radio ads. I called AnyHour plumbing because I received a coupon in one of those monthly mail-saver coupon advertisements. I had just purchased and installed a brand new Gas stove. Suddenly the pilot light on my water heater kept going out, I can start it and it heats the tank, but then goes out. The lady that answered was very friendly and first asked if I have access to hot water (Thank you). She scheduled a tech to come out the next afternoon. The day of the appointment they were running behind due to a tech being out sick, but they kept me informed and everything was great until.... Two gentlemen came into my house, one appeared to be a repair guy, the other with his briefcase appeared to be a boss or executive type individual. I showed both to my utility room and showed them the water heater. They talked to each other for a few minutes, wrote out a quote and handed it to me. NEVER ONCE did they even touch the water heater, try to light the pilot or do any kind of troubleshooting. The quote listed several Code violations, all of which are newer codes and were not code when my water heater was installed. The quote listed 5 options ranging from $5657 to $488. Come to find out this company sends a tech and a salesman to service calls. The salesman who was very much in charge and could not stop talking about the newest and best features of their new water heaters and financing and we really need to do this, just for the safety of my family. blah blah blah blah..... I tuned out as soon as he spoke. The Technician pretty much stood there and said nothing while Mr. Salesman did his thing. Option 4 - 50 gallon tank No Code or Safety and No warranty $1177 or $25 per month. What company would sell a product knowingly offering to install it against code and with NO WARRANTY. I will be reporting this to the Utah Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing and them the quote I received from Jesse M. These guys just wanted as much money as they could get from me.. ZERO Concern for my need for hot water or my safety... If any vendor comes to my house to fix something and sends a tech and sales guy, they are immediately fired from this point on. Looking at some of the other reviews, this company has some serious issues. Very manipulative company, they are trained to evaluate your personality in order to manipulate you emotionally to get you to buy more stuff. Their pricing is borderline unethical. Also, they have pretty low skill levels overall. There are lots of smaller companies that do much better work than Any Hour. Be sure to get a second or third opinion if you have had these clowns in your home. Don't get burned like so many people have. What a nightmare! STAY AWAY! Last spring we decided to call Any Hour to have an A/C installed. We saw an ad on TV for a free furnace upgrade with the install so figured it would be a decent deal... Estimator shows up and looks over our house and tries to sell up on $35K A/C system for the whole house. We couldn't afford that so he said that we can just do the upstairs since the house is divided in the middle and its hotter upstairs but will still need $5k power main upgrade. We accepted the $15k job and were excited to finally have A/C rather than just window A/Cs. Well during the install I was already a little nervous as it seemed the guys were cutting corners and not doing a good job. (see pics!) Long story short the A/C will not cycle off during the day and cant maintain temp gets over 85 upstairs while running! Also on top of that: 1. Ducting was installed incorrectly, pulled itself loose since it was just installed into dry wall and is too short. 2. Attic fan was install incorrectly and left UNSEALED in a NEW ROOF! 3. Intake was just hacked to fit a larger intake that sits on top of a 2x4 and pulls no extra air. 4. Power bill skyrocketed to 6-$800 last summer since it can't maintain temperature and doesn't shut off. 5. Attic insulation was left a MESS! We have made them aware of these issues and they have ignored us. Ignored us all last summer with crazy hot days. Filed dispute with CC company and they pretended to want to fix this situation in the coming spring. New Tech showed up and looked it over, admitted that they have untrained hires doing jobs and that our install was not done correctly at all. He called his 2 managers and said they were going to put a plan together. After a month the manager Matt B, finally replied back through email telling me it would cost another $1700 to fix THEIR mistake. Such a large company trying to stick us with the bill is just insane. After a year wait and paying crazy high energy costs last summer too... Our window AC's worked fine and didn't cost close to $800 to run. Also all of the mining equip is in the bottom of the house in a insulated sealed off and vented room that goes directly from under the house to outside. Our shrimp/fish tanks all have lids on them. 35% humidity is not high. Window Ac's did fine. All issues started with this AC install. The manager that did the estimating was also fully aware of the mining equip AND the shrimp/fish tanks. They as professionals made the mistake of underestimating the demand needed in the upstairs A/C and now want us to cover the costs of fixing it. The manager Matt B has an attitude like this is all our fault for some reason. As if we were the ones who installed the A/C! As can be seen in the last email, he flat out says we need to CHANGE OUR BUSINESS if we want the A/C to work right and he's done with the conversation?! We have run our shrimp business for years with window A/C units and no issues. What a smug and unprofessional person. I can't even believe it. At the cost of $15k we have an A/C that maintains 85+ while running on a hot day and now going into legal troubles to fight this situation. read more

From the salesmen to upper management have become liars and crooks. After being told that my furnace was good for several more years during their AC/furnace sale to replacing it less than a year after for $2500.00 more than it would have been. I have used Any Hour Services in the past for my furnace inspections and plumbing issues, so I reached out to them again regarding my furnace. Any Hour Services has always done a remarkable, honest and timely job for me and on this instance, they did not disappoint. Chris Armstrong, Branden Herde and Robin Wirfs We're completely professional and friendly, they installed a brand new furnace and central air unit in just one day. Their work was top notch and they even triple check to ensure no CO emissions were present after the installation. Their care expand to my home by their dedication to promptly get heat back on as fast as possible. They removed debris and cleaned up everything as it was before. I have been looking for an electrician. I saw the advertisement in a Cache Valley magazine. I set up service. They confirmed with me half a dozen times on email and on text over a 2 week period. I called today at 11:45a to see if they had a better time frame than 12p-4p. At this time I as informed that they don't service Logan. Why would you accept the appointment ? Why would you confirm the appointment with me so many times? Were you even planning on letting me know? Why do you advertise in Cache Valley. They were unable to answer any of my questions. Don't use Any Hour. They don't know how to price fairly. They select their "tasks" out of some book and they say that each task is assessed as if they're coming out for that individual task but then when they have 5-7 tasks on one trip they should adjust each price because they're not making multiple trips but they don't do that. I asked them to explain that to me and the guy basically admitted it seems high but he wouldn't do anything about it or else he'd have to "answer for it" whatever that means. He only came down one one price for an ice maker line that they were trying to charge me almost $700 for. What a ripoff. read more

We paid to have someone give us the estimated cost of some plumbing we need done. The quoted $1,600. I couldn't believe it. He said it would take him 6 hours to do it. It wasn't that big of a job. Even if it did take 6 hours, that is $250 an hour. Who makes that kind of money? My husband has a degree in computer engineering and doesn't make that kind of money. So we called someone a neighbor knew. Same job $180. Took him 3 hours. $30 in parts. How is this company doing so well? Do people just not realize they are getting ripped off? read more

Never, never, never use this company! They took advantage of my friend's elderly parents. They sold them literally THOUSANDS of dollars "updating" their electrical. All they needed was a new dishwasher and faucet and now these older people are out all of this money. The worker was also at their house for hours and stayed until 9:40 pm! He finally was asked to leave twice by a neighbor who was looking out for these older people who noticed the truck was there so late at night. We are all horrified at how they blatantly took advantage of elderly customers. So dishonest! read more

Any Hour has been our go-to for years, but after this last set of experiences with them, I will be finding a new service provider. We had them out to fix our garbage disposal, and to reset and re-caulk a leaky shower drain. (They did an okay job on the garbage disposal, but only okay because now water shoots up in a 4 foot stream from the drain in the other sink whenever we turn it on...but at least it doesn't leak anymore, right? Now I just have to remember to cover that drain before I use it.) The shower drain was not okay, however. The first drain reset had cracks in the caulk within 12 hours. (No, we hadn't used it or gotten it wet - I just went to look at it because I wasn't here when it was done and I was curious. They apparently used about 2 cups of the wrong kind of caulking.) After calling twice to request they fix it again and a full week's wait (we were assured the first time that their technicians were fully trained and they were sure that it was fine and wouldn't leak, but they'd have someone get in touch...surprise! No one called...) a different technician was sent out. He reset the drain, but now it sits at an angle, so the water will pool on one side and never fully drain. And unfortunately that's the side where the caulking is full of pits and holes and doesn't actually cover the edge of the drain plate, so that's helpful because now we'll have a mold problem. And I'm sure it will still leak again within 6 months once that water works it's way through. He also charged us $300 more to re-caulk the base of the shower pan (about 12 feet of caulk which I was planning to do, but my husband said yes to save me some time), and frankly, a 5-year old with ADHD could have done a better job. The caulking was uneven, has bubbles along one whole wall, wasn't smoothed at all along another wall, and he clearly caulked over some piece of debris that he hadn't cleaned up after removing the old caulking and the drain. So despite what the nice office girl said, they very clearly have NOT taught their technicians how to caulk things. So now I still get to pull that out and re-caulk the shower pan myself. Literally $300 down the (poorly "fixed") drain. So thanks for that, Any Hour. read more

We had Derek at our home yesterday for a clogged drain pipe. He was personable, considerate and explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. Last year we paid another company over $1000 to power jet the main line which did not fix our problem. Derek got right to the root of the problem and knew exactly what to do. He power jetted the correct line and completely fixed our problem we'd been struggling with for over 2yrs. He was also clean cut and respectful so we had no concerns about having him in our home. He cleaned up all the sludge that cam out of our drain and left our home cleaner than before he arrived. We will now be using Any Hour exclusively! read more

My 80 year old mother called Any Hour Services to connect the water line to her new fridge. Home Depot installed her fridge with no problems. Zach (the technician) came and pulled out the fridge. She has hardwood floors and after he was finished there were scrapes all the way out to the middle of her beautiful floor. He also upsold her (after talking to another plumber) on things she did not need. They charged her $875!! I spoke to Scott about getting her floor fixed from their negligence who told me that Zach said he didn't pull out the fridge and that it was his word against my 80 year old mother. Scott also didn't know what they could possibly do to not have scrapes on the floor. I'm sure true professionals would know the answer to that. Now having to go to a lawyer to have them take care of things the way they should have. PLEASE BE CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY! And do not let them do anything near your hardwood floors. read more

Beware of overcharging! We needed 3 faucets installed, 1 kitchen and 2 bathroom. Just the install, no removal, everything was prepped and ready to go. Quote estimated 3 hours of work at a whopping price of over $1600! OVER $500 per hour to install faucets! I would rather go without running water than pay their ridiculous price (and we are still without water)... Worst part was the plumber giving the quote had a trainee with him, he was training him on overcharging and how to rip off customers. read more

I'm not sure if I got a bad electrician or what but I called to get power to my sprinkler system on and had to tell him 5 times that it's all I want fixed. His sells pitch was an hour long with a mix of guilt trip, 7 different diagnostic quotes but mostly just trying to confuse me and trying to convince me that everything in my house isn't safe (it was like being sold a timeshare) I have a very nice fully remodeled home and I guess he was being so pushy assuming I could afford it? Anyway he replaced an outlet and one breaker $427 fine but later that night noticed my freezer wasn't working and he had flipped the breaker on it. Anyway a week later my sprinkler system stopped working working again and didn't have power! He said it was under warranty but the last thing I will do is call these guys again for anything! In the name of all that is good and holy, please get a second quote from ANY another HVAC company before buying a new furnace or AC from Any Hour! I had no idea what these things should cost, and almost pulled the trigger with Any Hour on a new $12,000+ system. It made me sick to my stomach to learn just how much money I'd almost overpaid when I got two more bids from respected HVAC companies and the next closest one was LESS THAN HALF what Any Hour was going to charge me. And that is for the exact same part numbers. To be clear, I am not saying that anyone at Any Hour lied to me at any point. The price they would charge me, and exactly what I would get for my money was in black and white in their quote. They are a professional and slick sales and service company--emphasis on sales. I told the sales guy right up front that I planned on getting a second quote from another company, and he said that was smart, but then started telling me that although he thought their quote would be higher, all of the reasons that I should buy from them anyway. He offered me a discount here and there, and even gave me one for having served an LDS mission. Then, after the pitch, when I said that I appreciated his time but that I still wanted to get another quote, I got a glare like I'd just murdered his dog. And no wonder. They must know that whenever someone checks their prices that they aren't going to hear from that person again. So do yourself a favor and save thousands of dollars on the cost of your system by making a second phone call. You may think there's no need to do that, that these guys seem trustworthy. I almost ignored my instincts and pulled the trigger without making another call. If I hadn't, I'd be $6,000 poorer right now. Ouch. It's that simple. read more

I just had a tech out here to do a furnace check up. There's no "tune up" about it, they don't do anything to your equipment when they "tune up", they check it for failures and issues. Well, in my case, he said that the entire furnace unit was 10-15 years passed life expectancy, and recommended replacing it. He said the blower motor is on its way out, the coils are coated in dust and charred, etc. I told him I'm good, said it's been fine and will keep doing fine. He comes up and tells me 10 minutes later that I've got a carbon monoxide leak, says there's 6 PPM coming out of the air vents. After he left, I bought my own tester which detects down to 1 PPM, and it measured 0 everywhere. In the vents, on the furnace, on the water heater, literally next to the gas exhaust pipe inlet, no carbon monoxide found. These people are NOT TECHNICIANS. THEY ARE SALESMEN. Why do you think "tune ups" are so cheap? Because it's a SALES OPPORTUNITY. Think about it, you are NOTHING but a sales opportunity to these people and they know it. They don't care about being honest, they care about screwing you over. Last year, the same dude came out for an AC "tune up". He told me the fan bearing was going bad, the unit was dirty, the coils were dented, it was undercharged, it needs the a new pedestal, and the pump was going out. Mind you, I had 0 issues with the unit at that time. 2 weeks later, it stopped working. It would attempt to turn on, but never fully initiated. Instead of calling Anyhour, I called a local AC service. Tech came out, found the issue within 8 minutes and replaced a 12 dollar electrical module and it roared back to life. I showed him the diagnostics paperwork for the AC when Anyhour came out last, and he went through the whole list and showed me where they were lying. I already knew they were, I can physically see it's not dirty and the coils are fine. He even checked the AC charge, and it was within spec. These people assume you're stupid. They don't make money on coming out and checking your equipment, they make money on telling you that it's old, broken, and needs to be replaced. Each time they've been out here, they've quoted some massive number over 3k to replace the entire thing. My AC unit is 5 years old, and they said it was around 12 years old. DO NOT TRUST THESE SNAKES, THEY AREN'T SERVICEMEN, THEY'RE SALESMEN. I'll be taking my comments to the BBB as well. Please know I'm not exaggerating any single detail about any of this. It could have been a lot better, but they were very poor when it came to customer service too. It would take several days to get back to me. They charged an outrageous price to replace a sewer line, they always have excuses for everything they did wrong. I felt very violated, very over charged, especially for the short 6 hours of time they were there, and the residential price was $21,970 The replacement of the sidewalk and curb was not very good either. They still have to come back and take away the excess dirt they left so the trench could settle. Yelp's "Review Validation Engine" is worthless... You would think by going to Any Hour's business page on Yelp that Any Hour is a 5 star company. But when you go to the legit reviews that Yelp's Review Validation Engine "does not recommend", you can see that Any Hour is far from a 5 star company. http://www.yelp.com/not_recommended_reviews/X6-L3of8rB60f8Nfz_gdOQ I have had problems with Any Hour in the past, when having them come out to my home for my HVAC system. But against my gut I called them again for some electrical work. And as they did in the past, they didn't show up to the appointment that they made with me. They ended up calling me after my appointment to tell me that they had higher priority calls. Again, it is just too bad that Yelp uses an broken automated "Review Validation Engine". It's hurts good businesses and misleads consumers with bad companies like Any Hour. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys quoted me over $ 12,000.00 to replace our duplex's heating and air conditioning. I got 3 other quotes and the one I went with was about half the amount Any Hour quoted me. They even had the gall to say they were giving us a discount of $6,000! So it would have been over $18,000 dollars to replace the units! Always, always get multiple estimates. You will be amazed at different pricing. Luckily, my brother- in-law is in the HVAC business in a So. Cal and confirmed what crooks these guys are. Do not trust them. The supervisor ("sales") guy couldn't even tell me specific reasons why the heating and a/c units needed to be replaced. He said his technician assessed it, not him. I dealt with Jordan and he was an immature, obviously uneducated "supervisor" who kept pointing out their high ratings. Buyer beware, these guys are crooks. Look elsewhere read more

I scheduled an A/C tune up for the special price of $29. The tech did a great job and found our capacitor was faulty. He told us he had one on the truck and it would cost $207 to replace it. We had no idea if that was fair or not. We authorized the repair. He said he could give us a $50 off coupon. The total bill was $186. That included the part and the $29. I found out later that part cost $10 on Amazon. Any Hour sure made up their service call charge on us. I talked to a service representative and he said that is how we pay for our 5 star service techs. A bit underhanded to say the least. read more

Nice guys (punctual and respectful) caused me more problems than solutions. They sent me a novice that was here 4 hours to do a simple $29 29 point tuneup. Really liked the guy but not what he did. Disappointed. Paid $29 furnace tune-up for the tech to leave my furnace and AC unit worse than he found it- he actually managed to fry the motherboard. They had to send another tech to fix the unit. read more

I recently wrote a bad review based on bad information about this company. They came out showed me where the issue was they had found, that another company told me they had lied about. Tom and Matt have been great, I feel bad for doubting them. We will continue to use and recommend there services. read more

The good: Both techs brought shoe covers & rugs as to not track in stuff. Had the right equipment, although the plumber's saw was broken & ended up buying mine while there. Also left his rug at my house. Plumber got the work done in sufficient time & seems to be good work. The electrician put in a "jumper" for me so I'd have power everywhere but that was it. Didn't check to see if everything was working before he left. The bad: OVERPRICED! I had several other electricians come out to bid on my problem & WOW, what a difference in price. I can now understand why they've got uniforms & nice trucks. $200 for a breaker? I can get in online for $20, & I did! ALWAYS upselling, & I mean, ALWAYS. Trying to get you to buy more stuff. More like a used car salesman than a plumber/electrician. WTH? Overall: if you've got the $$ to spend & don't mind be jacked up price-wise, go for it, otherwise, look elsewhere. Get 2nd & 3rd opinions!! You'll be surprised. read more
