I won't go into long details, but in short, and in no particular order: - the techs doing the shots are highly variable in their abilities. Some are lovely. Most will squeeze the living bejeebus out of your arm (I swear they leave more bruises than the needles themselves) and then wonder why you're flinching. PLEASE give better training. - the techs assume you magically know your schedule and doses of shots. They'll change your schedule and just assume that you know it, based on the color of your vial. Communication ... not so great. - Dr. Cooke was specifically recommended to me for being super detail oriented. Hmm? I had an actual near-death experience with drywall dust that he was super dismissive of, but thankfully I found a pulmonologist who was extremely helpful and understanding. He showed zero knowledge about air filtration, which seems important for reducing allergies. And the appointments are honestly so weird and creepy, looking at the color of my snot on random appointment days and touching all over my face with bare hands. - nobody answers voicemails - cool! I was traveling for 3 months and was proactive to discuss this with several people before going, since it would put a pause in my shots. Every person I spoke to gave different advice and didn't even follow their own guidance. They ordered my new vials two months early. There's just zero consistency or communication, which is stressful. - the waiting room is typically a disaster. People on their phones, watching videos with the volume turned up, sneezing and coughing galore with nobody bothering to wear masks... it's gross. I prefer to sit on the floor in the hallway to find peace and quiet, since nobody cares to make this room a nice atmosphere while you're waiting for shots and held for 30 minutes after. Since I've been a patient so long I feel trapped here, since I assume changing clinics would mean I need to start over. And I do like two of the shot-techs, out of the maybe 15 I have seen. But to know I will dread an hour a month to come here for shots, plus icky and unhelpful appointments... this is simply not a nice place.

He waited many weeks for an appointment only to learn at the appointment that the allergy results had been lost. The appointment (that I also paid for) was USELESS without the results of his allergy tests. He was there for one reason only --ALLERGIES! no test results = useless. I've tried to rebook his test but no one answers the phone; the voicemail isn't activated and no return calls. No online way to be in touch either. Great doctor in an absolute joke of a practice. Sure hope he switches practices soon!

I have never walked in to a place like this where you get joy, understanding and great knowledge/skills like this office. Even the phlebotomist is a sweetheart with great skills to draw your blood. I really like Dr. Crear and some of the PAs so it's a shame that the messaging service is not held to a high standard. Honestly, it's like talking to a child...but one who clearly uses AI to polish their grammar. The level of incompetence - with incorrect prescriptions called in and incorrect information relayed - is concerning. I hope they don't have these medical assistants completing tasks that require common sense, like relaying important test results. I know practices are trying to increase profits, especially those practices that are owned by private equity (which this place may be--IDK). But please consider your patients. Don't run a competent practice into the ground by having these assistants do what medical professionals should be doing. Employ some actual nurses to answer patient questions for god's sake, not just "medical assistants."

They are both pleasant with good bedside manner, and the care is fine. However, I can no longer tolerate the billing practices. If you go for an annual wellness visit, you WILL be charged for numerous assessments that were not performed, or for a higher level of care than what was actually provided (in other words, upcharging). I used to overlook this because I had great insurance and it would usually be a $25 copay. Now that I have a high-deductible plan, I refuse to pay over $200 for an annual wellness visit that did not have any diagnostic elements. At my last visit, charges included: -99396 Established patient periodic preventive medicine examination age 40-64 years (yes, this is legitimate) -99214 Established patient office or other outpatient, visit (This is an upcharge. I did not discuss ANY topics besides immunizations, cancer screening, and contraception. These are all components of a wellness visit. A provider cannot charge for both of these visit types) -96127 Brief emotional or behavioral assessment (This charge was for a standard mental health assessment that is considered preventative screening. If you fill out a PHQ-9 and GAD-7 at check-in, they will charge you for it without telling you. You will not be given the option to decline these forms.) -99497 Advance care planning by the physician or other qualified health care professional (This is a flat-out lie. There was absolutely no discussion of advanced directives at my visit.) Lab assessments - Amy ordered a slew of expensive hormonal tests without my consent, and now I'm on the hook to pay Quest. I didn't discuss any concerns that would necessitate a hormone work-up. I have contested the bill with my insurance company. Honestly I am not sure how Inspire stays in business because the billing practices are so blatantly fraudulent.

My meds were also constantly being sent to the wrong pharmacy even when I explicitly told them which pharmacy I wanted and now the NP who has been treating me in place of Dr. Guerra wants me to have a monthly appointment for my medication that they already charge me $16/month for prescribing... so a copay on top of that? Ridiculous!!
