When entering the hotel you have to approach the front desk to receive an access key to the spa floor. Once we got the floor we were greeted by Jade who was pleasant and welcoming. She checked us in, gave us a brief tour and left us to prep and relax for our services. Amenities: The locker room is fairly small, only about 2 people can fit in there comfortably and there is a private toilet and shower area. Our robes & slippers were prepped and ready for use. The lounge area was perfectly chilly (I'm hot natured) with various relaxing chairs and couches. There is an area for tea, water and healthy snacks to nibble on while you wait. Shortly after sitting my therapist Antranae (high recommend!) took me to my spacious treatment room, offered my selection of oil scents and additional upgrades. I had a 50min massage that was heavenly. I did not provide any specifics on focus areas, however I asked her to just follow what feels best. After my treatment I was offered champagne and spent some time in the relax lounge. I was overly pleased with my experience and plan to come back soon! It's a hidden gem right in the middle of a busy area - don't miss it. :)

We changed into the provided robes and slippers and were warmly greeted by our massage therapists. After leading me into the room, the therapist kindly attempted to upsell me on hot stones and additional aroma therapy (classic upsell at all spas) but I politely declined. The massage got underway and I have never felt more relaxed in my life. The pressure was ideal, the aromatherapy was calming, and I truly enjoyed the serene experience. After our massages, we went to relax in the pol and hot tub. We then returned to the shower which was stocked with high end body care products, as well as other amenities. We paid the gratuity for the services on the way out, and went about our day. The receptionist offered my partner a small birthday gift, which was a very nice touch. I will definitely be returning here for more relaxation in the future.

I was 10 mins early, my appointment was @11:30am and the man that was on the nail side told me to take a seat on the black velvet chairs. I sat and saw there was a lady that was from an inspection place and there was a customer on a pedicure seat. The inspector is checking things off and the man walks away and she follows him, the woman on the seat tells me that they were just inspected and that nothing is clean and they don't clean any of the materials which I say well I hope this side is better. It's now 11:38am and I decide to google the number and call it she tells me she will let the front know I am there. Then a couple mins later in walks in my lady from the outside and said she ran behind and would take care of me after she used the bathroom. She walks me in to this curtain small room and tells me to change and out all my items in a bin for storing. Then we walk to the chair where I am able to lay down. I felt very rushed and she was going through the combing and sensing very quick like she was trying to catch up with time. After a while she did slow down just a bit to massage my scalp. I couldn't really relaxed and essentially also felt tense that at one point she said relax but I just wasn't enjoying it. The halo was used for about 5 mins and then I was taken to a small back room where she dried my hair and while finishing I saw crawling on the wall a cockroach. Which made me question how clean the rest of the place is and I know it's small but it was just not a great experience. I will not be backs I tried to take some pictures but I just wanted to leave at the end of it all. $147 was my final charge for lateness and crawling bug, not to mention my hair was super dry.

The combination of Thai…read morestretch and massage is great for people that work out, because it really gives you a deep deep stretch as part of the muscle, deep tissue massage. This combination is better than "one or the other." Song is strong, so for muscular folks who are doing heavy lifting, This is the guy you want. And when you get done, your hips are open. So is your chest and you'll feel a restoration of range of motion in your shoulders. In fact, it relieved a lot of my inflammation caused by incline.Bench presses. Once you're done with the massage, tye freedom of movement and motion is incredible. This may be a new once a week or once every two week part of my workout schedule. Do your yourself a favor and just try this out.- make sure you get the combination of the deep tissue with the stretch. It was $90 without tip. I was really looking forward to trying this massage place because of all the great reviews I had…read moreread, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I really liked that they allow you to choose the areas you want the therapist to focus on. Since I spend a lot of time typing, I specifically circle my shoulders. Because I also drive frequently and spend a lot of time sitting in traffic, I circle my glutes/buttocks, which tend to get very tight. I had Jennifer, and unfortunately, I felt that she spent very little time addressing the areas I specifically requested. Out of the 60-minute massage, I would say only about 15 minutes total were spent focusing on my problem areas. Much of the massage consisted of her using her arm to roll over my back, which didn't really provide the targeted pressure or relief I was hoping for. I also requested a medium deep tissue massage, but the experience felt more like a light Swedish massage. At one point, she placed a hot stone on me without warning. It was extremely hot and startled me enough to jump, so she ended up stopping the hot stone portion altogether. When she had me turn over, she also spent some time massaging my head, but unfortunately, I didn't find it particularly relaxing. I normally get Thai massages and have had much better experiences, especially when it comes to therapists listening to the areas that need the most attention and adjusting the pressure accordingly. My friend had Tina during the same visit and had a completely different experience. He requested a firm massage, and Tina did an excellent job focusing on his problem areas and providing the pressure he asked for. His experience was much more in line with what I was hoping for. That being said, I still tipped Jennifer 20% because I appreciate the time and effort she put into providing the service. However, based on my personal experience, this would unfortunately be near the bottom of my list when choosing a massage place. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively. I came in with high expectations because of the positive reviews, and I would have really appreciated a massage that was more customized to the areas and pressure I specifically requested.
