She checked us in, gave us a brief tour and left us to prep and relax for our services. Amenities: The locker room is fairly small, only about 2 people can fit in there comfortably and there is a private toilet and shower area. Our robes & slippers were prepped and ready for use. The lounge area was perfectly chilly (I'm hot natured) with various relaxing chairs and couches. There is an area for tea, water and healthy snacks to nibble on while you wait. Shortly after sitting my therapist Antranae (high recommend!) took me to my spacious treatment room, offered my selection of oil scents and additional upgrades. I had a 50min massage that was heavenly. I did not provide any specifics on focus areas, however I asked her to just follow what feels best. After my treatment I was offered champagne and spent some time in the relax lounge. I was overly pleased with my experience and plan to come back soon! After our massages, we went to relax in the pol and hot tub. We then returned to the shower which was stocked with high end body care products, as well as other amenities. Parking is a bit hard because the plaza itself is just extremely busy. They have additional parking on a hill that looks like a far walk but there are stairs that make it a lot easier. It's a no frills place, not super fancy. The room we were in was small but not super cramped with 2 massage tables. They really do a good full body starting with you laying on your stomach. They do your back, shoulders, neck, legs as well as a hot stone. Warning because they didn't tell us: the hot stones after being on your back on top of a cloth is then used to rub your legs and back/shoulders. And it was still hot lol. After that they flip you over and do your scalp, arms, legs and some pressure points on the face. They gave us a small water bottle on the way out. Everyone was very friendly! I recommend calling in advance for a reservation and paying in cash if you don't want that credit card fee that they charge (like 3%?).
