If you enjoy a good martini then Antonio's is the place for you! Love their specialty gelato martinis they are absolutely delish. Red Velvet, Coco Chanel, and my favorite the Lemon Drop. You can also do a flight of martinis to try a few out. The only thing that doesn't get them a 5 star is their menu being very limited and not a lot of vegetarian options. They are worth a stop if you ever drove by. Friendly staff and great bartenders. read more

So it's been a few years since we've visited Antonio's and man, has it gone down hill. The menu is much more limited. Now, ok, maybe this is more of a drinking establishment but the food was mediocre at best. I ordered the cheese steak panini and it was pretty good except for the big chunks of grizzle that I had to dig out of my mouth in front of my date. Fortunately or more like a result of their current food quality, we were the only ones in the restaurant so that saved me further embarrassment. Why can't a chef put himself in the place of the customer and foresee a nasty experience? All that not withstanding, Antonio's was a sub-par experience and a premium price. I can say our server was fantastic which saved this from being a one star review. We watched through the window people streaming into the restaurant across the street. We got takeout, so I can't say much about the atmosphere and service (other than our food was ready at the promised time), but I was pretty happy with the food. The calamari was fried to perfection, but I thought it was excessively salty. I liked that it came with a tangy aioli(?) in addition to the classic marinara. I really enjoyed the veggie amore flatbread - hard to go wrong with the veggies and balsamic combo. I have a problem with lots of restaurant pizza/flatbreads being greasy but this was surprisingly grease-free! I was also really happy that they had Italian cream soda! Have been going to Antonio's for a few years, and have always loved it. Lately, it has gone downhill. They have discontinued the Pinot Grigio, and only have 3 or 4 options for white wine. The menu has been scaled back significantly, and they run out of several liquors every time we are there. The staff have changed over so many times, but they have all been great, while being apologetic about the changing menu and lack of liquorI would love to see some consistency back at this place. read more

The food was AMAZING!!! we had the meat and cheese board for a appetizer and the braised beef ragu with homemade pasta for our entree. I was very impressed! The service was great. Over the years we have been to Antonio's more times than I can count. It's been a hit or miss the last few years on if the food is going to be good. We've even ordered take out for Mother's Day during the pandemic which was delicious. We were extremely disappointed with our last visit. My husband and I went for dinner on a Friday night. The menu has been cut in half practically and there are some favorites like the risotto balls missing as well as other selections from entrees. My husband ordered a panini. When the food came he noticed something on his panini and thought it was hair. When looking closer we noticed that it was not hair but looked like metal shavings from a grill brush. The waitress came over and inspected it, took it back to the kitchen. She confirmed it was indeed metal from the grill brush. They did clean the entire grill before making our panini over. Mind you I already my meal which included chicken, that was cooked on the same grill. It took a long time to get his food which we were fine with because of the safety issue. The waitress apologized many times to us but in the end all the offered us was two tiny free cups of gelato. Let's just hope they don't use the metal brushes anymore? We would like to come back because we love the atmosphere and it's always been a go to for us. We are hoping that with time they will add back on to the menu. read more

Working in the industry I've seen the good and the bad. Living in Endicott my entire life I love supporting the small businesses. I will NEVER go to Antonios again. The way Antonio treated my party was unprofessional, and rude. Sat and argued with us for 15 minutes about the bill. We ordered drinks which we didn't like and exchanged for something else. The server took our drink after we took 1 sip. He argued and wouldn't give up. He was relentless. His bartenders are experienced and follow "recipes." Not all recipe's come out the same every time as far as I am concerned! I am a bartender not to mention. This is a horrible way to run a business. It was the way the situation was handled and the way he was talking to our party. Not the concept! We paid and tipped and would have anyway! It all started with a question but he came over to the table ready to fight. read more

Had a reservation on Friday for graduation weekend. They were very accomodating in seating us an hour earlier than our allotted res. Looks like a hidden gem; the restaurant sits on a corner in an empty area in Endicott. The bread was simply amazing, super fresh and soft. The spinach artichoke dip was also extremely fresh made in house. The bacon wrapped scallops were too salty to my liking, but was a special that day during happy hour. This review earns two stars due to lack of taste in the entrees and the service. All of our entrees were extremely bland. The tortellinis tasted like they were from the freezer aisle and the risotto was basically watered down rice. The presentation was also terrible; who puts full lemon wedges into a dish? I had somewhat high expectations of Antonio's, but was let down. Our server had a friendly face and smile but an extremely huge attitude. When we were trying to get her attention, she responded that she was "doing something." We were seated early and the restaurant was not busy but was still treated with this type of service. Whilst on my upstate-vacay Miss Sarit, her friend Leslie and I came here for some martinis. As if I needed any excuse to further progress toward alcoholism, this place makes their martinis with their own gelato! I had the lemon gelato martini and was blown away by how incredibly packed with flavor it was. Seriously, it's of epic proportions. I also tried some of Miss Sarits chocolate gelato martini, which was complex, dark and sinfully delicious. We didn't try the food, but with drinks as good as these I am sure their food must be way above average. Their customer service is something fierce - they take it seriously. We were greeted at the door, walked to the table, small talked and qualified for our drink selections to make sure we were happy with them. I can't wait to come back to this gem! read more

Pleasantly surprised by a recent trip here. I had heard it was decent but nothing special so i was glad to be proven otherwise. It's a cute little space that's perfect for first dates. I think a lot of people go to get a drink and decide if it's worth sticking around for a second date. I could see how there could be excellent people watching here. The cocktail menu is extensive - in fact it is larger than the food menu! Many classic drinks, martinis, and dessert type drins made with their delicious gelato. I had a biscotti martini that was delicious. It was made with amaretto gelato and topped with cookie crumbs. Yum! For food, my friend and I both got pizzas. They were on the smaller, thinner side, kind of like woodfired ones, but I don't think they are. I got the Gorgonzola pizza, which was gorgonzola, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions & spinach. I actually didn't taste any gorgonzola, but it was still really good. Could have used a touch more spinach, too. I really liked the crust - nice and aiy with a little chew. My friend ordered the marinara pizza and I thought that was really good too. Nice and cheesy and the sauce had a good flavor. Service was fine. The place is really small, but didn't feel crowded. Prices seemed on point, too. I'll go back! read more

Although the food was pretty good, the Menu is very limited. Expected more actual Italian choices. Drinks and gelato however were wonderful. Service was so so. Server seemed tired and overwhelmed even though the restaurant was not busy. We were there to celebrate a Birthday and even though I let them know when we were seated, nothing was done to celebrate it. Not even a little candle in the desert we ordered and paid for. I took my daughters there on Friday night and the pork loin special and steak were absolutely amazing, the most flavorful meat I've had. The spinach and artichoke dip appetizer on bread with a squirt of lemon on top was unbelievable. The authentic, homemade gelato as a dessert was delicious. The service was great! You can tell the employers and all the staff have true passion and commitment for quality and tremendous hospitality. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. We got the signature martini flight. My favorite was the Bastille. Such a nice presentation for their cheese and olive board and you must try the goat cheese croquettes. I love Antonio's Gelato! Plus, this is a great place to kick back with friends to enjoy a drink or a bite to eat. I've been here a number of times to have a meal with a friend. They serve lovely salads and sandwiches. However, yesterday, my boyfriend and I were driving by and decided we were in the mood for some gelato. After we sampled nearly every flavor in the case, I settled on the Torrone and ate nearly half of his stracciatella! DELICIOUS!! I love this place! We've been going for dinner, deserts, and drinks since they opened a couple of years ago and we can't get enough. It's a really nice looking place, with a great bar and dining room. They feature some great appetizers and paninis, as well as some great deserts, like profiteroles and chocolate mousse cake. Oh - almost forgot the gelato. Spectacular. Do yourself a favor and get some Antonio's gelato. You're more than welcome to come in and just get gelato, even if you're not in the mood for dinner or drinks. But the best thing is the drink menu. They have a ton of specialty martinis and cocktails, all of which are delicious. The servers (especially Cathy) and the bartenders are always more than willing to help in whatever way they can and very attentive. Let's not forget the entertainment. They frequently host local musicians, but the star of Antonio's is Thursday night Team Trivia with DJ John Adams. He keeps the crowd entertained and energized and gives away prizes (gift certificates, wine, gelato). It's the most fun Endicott has to offer. read more

Fun for a girls night out! A friend and I went to Antonio's for dinner one evening after it had been recommended to me twice in one week. The drinks and food definitely lived up to the expectations! They have a very extensive drink menu. I had a raspberry martini with dinner and a chocolate martini for dessert. Both were delicious! The "dessert" martinis often incorporate Antonio's gelato giving it a creamy texture! My friend raved about her vegetable panini and seasoned fries. I enjoyed salad with a homemade lemon vinegarette and the gnocchi. Everything was delicious and filling! One word of caution - the service is extremely lacking sometimes. My friend and I arrived at 4:30 p.m. We were warmly greeted by our initial server. She was very attentive and took great care of us. However, when her shift ended we were turned over to another server who was extremely slow and inattentive. We sat with empty beverage glasses in front of us for nearly 15 minutes before she dropped the check off. We sat another 20 minutes waiting for her to come back once we had settled the bill. We had to bring it up to her to be taken care of, but then waited even longer. The bartender eventually took care of us, but was very rude about it. I would definitely go back for the food and drinks, but depending on the time of day you go, you may want to consider sitting at the bar in hopes of getting more attentive service. My friend and I really enjoyed our server we had initially, so we have discussed going out that way for lunch sometime to avoid the evening service. read more

I've known about this place for a little while now but I don't get out to Endicott too often. I offered to take a friend of mine out for her birthday and this was the place she picked, and it was also her first time here. We both heard mixed reviews but in the end we both had a pretty good experience. We each started off with a cocktail, she got the biscotti one and I got some sort of margarita, both of which were made with house made gelato. We traded sips and both of them were great! I'm usually disappointed when I get cocktails anywhere anymore but these were very good. You're going to get a sugar rush before you get drunk off one, but they were still a great way to start off the meal. We each ordered a pizza too. I got just a plain one and overall i thought it had a very good flavor. the cheese was interesting, it was a little creamier than usual mozz but it worked out great. The sauce was also very good, it was a little sweet with enough seasoning to make it stand out. The dough had a nice neutral bread flavor, but I wish it was stretched a little different, the crust was huge but the part with the sauce and cheese on it was super thin and floppy. The pizzas are on the small side, and I don't think they use a wood fired oven, but it was still good. I would like to try a regular entree next time, but I would definitely like to have their pizza again. The restaurant itself is on the small side but it's pretty nice on the inside, not too upscale but a little nicer than casual. I've seen a lot of complaints on here about the service but I had zero issues with it, our server was nice and the busser kept a good eye on our waters and was quick with refills. the prices were about what I was expecting, $50 for 2 pizzas and 2 drinks All in all I had a very pleasant experience, if you're hesitant about going, give it a shot. read more

Every time we go the service is not great. Drinks take easily over 15 minutes every time and multiple times they have been wrong. I always try to give this place another shot but tonight was my last chance. After waiting 20 minutes for our drinks (in a restaurant with 3 occupied tables) the drinks they brought over were awful, couldn't even drink them, so we asked to switch them out. 2 hours later we get our bill and see the original drink ordered plus the replacement are both charged on there. In normal restaurants if something doesn't taste good, you either get it comped or replaced with something else. Nope, we told the server we were not gonna pay for both drinks when the first ones were un-drinkable, we would only pay for the replacement drink. The owner proceeds to come out and argue with our table for 15 minutes saying just because we didn't like them doesn't mean we don't have to pay for them, meanwhile we only had a sip of each. After his arguing we gave up and just settled the bill. I've never been to/worked at a restaurant on earth where they don't just replace your drink if you don't like it. Service is not good, owner is awful, food is mediocre. Long story short never going here again. Reading all of the other reviews of people dealing with similar situations, don't go here. read more

My husband and I rarely venture out to Endicott but we noticed Antonio's was added to BingBite for delivery. We got rigatoni ala vodka with meatballs and the Quattro fromagi gnocchi. Both were incredible, and delivered hot to Binghamton in under 40 minutes. We loved it so much, we got it delivered the next day. And it was amazing again. Today, Sunday, we saw that brunch was available. We got creme brûlée French toast with vanilla gelato and rigatoni carbonara. Again, outstanding! This is our new favorite restaurant and we can't wait to actually visit it when quarantine is over. read more

This place is delicious! I have been here twice and both times I enjoyed my experience tremendously. There is usually one waitress and she is awesome. You get bread and oil to begin and it's all fresh. Following that, most dinner options come with a salad which is huge. Not only is it huge but it's got a really good greens mix. All the dinners I've tired are awesome! They have the best French fries I've ever had too. Their shrimp is grilled perfectly and are large compared to anywhere else. Their cocktail menu is good sized, and what I've tried was made perfectly. Don't even get me started on the gelato, it's to die for. I always recommend this place when people ask for a delicious reasonably priced meal. You get so much food for the price and it's all so good. So disappointed. I've been before with friends for cocktails and an appetizer and that was great! So if you want a cocktail or appetizer, you're in luck. Thought we'd take a neighbor out for a nice dinner and was beyond disappointed. They had no carbonation so no soda for the kids. No biggie and asked for a lemonade. Came back and said they're out of lemonade. Asked for unsweetened iced tea and she said nope, only sweetened iced tea. Online menu doesn't match the restaurant menu. Ordered steak and shrimp for side, came back and said out of shrimp. Garlic butter was a rock hard unmelted and unappetizing pad on top of the steak. My chicken Milanese was a dry breaded piece of chicken with a bunch of arugula thrown on top and a lemon wedge. My sons meatball "panini" was a meatball sub. We asked for a side of asparagus that was on the menu to be told they don't have that. On the upside the salad my neighbor got looked good and my daughters gnocchi was good. Will not go back for dinner ever again. Great Italian across the street, a few doors up, and down the road. Stick to martinis if you plan to come here. read more
