Been going here for quite awhile with only a couple of minor hiccups. Got a four topping pizza today and I'm pretty sure I got a pizza that was previously not picked up or it was made wrong from the get go. It appears that it was made with two of the four toppings then redone to complete the pie. It had a two toppings with cheese on top of a pizza under those two toppings. Soggy and disgusting. Fire pizza! Probably the best in the Moreno Valley and Riverside (we used to like Enzo's in riverside but it has gave us food poisoning multiple times and the service and pizza is not good anymore). First of all, this was my 1st time at this establishment. This is also my first time ever posting a review. I ordered a fiesta pizza and cheese pizza from here for my family. We got home and began to eat. My son was eating a slice of the cheese pizza and I noticed a piece of hair sticking out so I stopped him before taking his next bite. Upon further examination, the hair was literally baked into the pizza and I had to tug to pull it out which is why the picture shows the hair on top of the pizza. I called the establishment only to alert them that I found hair in my cheese pizza. The person that answered the phone was somewhat hostile and kept insisting that it came from the mushrooms and acted as if I don't know what hair look like. Besides, there aren't mushrooms on a cheese pizza and his excuses didn't make any sense. I told him that I didn't need a remake or refund but only called to make them aware. The lack of accountability and customer service from this establishment is what prompted me to write the review. You can't dine in it's a very small location but when I tell you, the pizza is absolutely amazing and so is the service. When I went, there was not a long line, but I'm told that they're typically is a long line. I enjoyed everything here for the most part. I wasn't too fond of the wings but everything else that I got was absolutely amazing. The pizza was delicious fresh and you can tell it was made with quality ingredients, the antipasto salad was also fresh. I would've liked a little bit more meat in it, but I enjoyed it immensely. Local spot we just discovered. Read the reviews so I made sure to order in advance and yes there really is a line to pick up/pay. It wasn't too bad of a wait. Pizza was hot and fresh. Very cheesy and thick crust. Very classic pizza. Only downside was our pizza wasn't cut all the way so we had to use our own pizza cutter. Additionally we got a two topping large pizza and that was $11.98 after tax. Unfortunately they didn't give us the liter soda like advertised on the window. read more

Completely unprofessional, listen to the other comments about how the manager is! He has hung up on multiple people when he was in the wrong. I ordered a pizza from them and received two long pieces of hair baked into my pizza dough and I was understanding until the manager had an attitude when I called to tell him... he said have a goodnight and hung up in my face which is unprofessional considering your customer just told you they found hair baked into their food and he wasn't going to refund me so I had to go into the store and he still gave me attitude after showing him the video... be careful eating here they don't even wear their hairnets on all the way and the manager didn't even have a hairnet on read more

This place is magic! You call ahead and they ask what kind of pizza you want. You don't have to give your phone number or any of that other mumbo jumbo... Then you show up and tell them what you ordered and its done! Antonio runs the place and he is so nice! He is a hard worker and has fair prices for his food. You get a lot of food for not a hefty price. We have lived in Riverside for about 5 years and just recently found Antonios, we have eaten here 3 times now and will continue to come back. I have ordered in the past (1-2 times a month) with No issues, food great with friendly service. Yesterday was the opposite. Cashier walked in after me, ignored the line for a bit b4 proceeding to take customer who walked in after me, before I addressed. She hesitated told the guy to ring me up, put my sides up calling my order. Oh wait everything except the pizza. Proceeded to fill the order behind me, still No mention of my pizza. It wouldn't have been an issue if they had fessed up to my pizza not being ready. I would have waited in my car where it was cooler. I proceeded to watch them put my pizza in the oven, still No mention of the error. Meanwhile most people coming and going except for the few that also had issues with orders by phone and in person. I could hear the girl correcting the problems. The female was rude and dismissive. Oh I'm sorry you f'd up my order and had me wait an extra 20 minutes without so much as acknowledgement OR an apology and your the rude one??!?" The guy taking orders, filling them, cashing people out while she occasionally picked up a call or corrected errors. I'm guessing if he had more help there would not have been so many issues.
