I went in for lunch, no line, so food came out fresh. I ordered the pizza slice and salad lunch special plus an extra slice of pizza ( I was really hungry). The salad was not worth getting, it was a handful of iceberg lettuce and some olives and tomatoes. Very bland even with Italian dressing. This is definitely one of the Best,if not The Best pizza in the Inland Empire... My husband works in Riverside and stopped here last week to bring pizza home to Fontana. He couldn't wait so he had a couple of slices on his way home. It was still warm when he arrived 20 minutes later and tasted so good. I didn't even have a chance to taste the food due to the rude customer service when I was trying to order my food over the phone. The guy kept talking to other people without even telling to hold on, he kept cutting me off, and he kept getting my order wrong. In addition, he never asked for my name, how much my order was, and he said they were very busy prior to hanging up on me. I understand it's a Saturday night but your customer service should be a little better than that. I'll stick to Big Guy's for here on out and the only reason I didn't go them was because of an 2 hr. wait which I won't mind waiting before I even give this place a chance again. read more

Really great pizza! It was flavorful and delicious and the toppings were definitely not skimped on at all.. the only thing i was annoyed with is I called to put in an order ahead of time so I didn't have to wait when I arrived to pick it up... not the case. They hadn't even put in my pizza and I called around 5pm and arrived at 530pm.. I was told 20 min so i figured I had plenty of time.. I got a pepperoni pizza and let me tell you it was high quality pizza. The shop itself is tiny but it made me feel like I was in New York. The line was out the door and being my first time I know now why it was out the door. The flavor of the sauce was sweet, cheese was not waxy or oily but had good flavor. Great pizza at a great price however, watch using credit cards. They charge $1.00 and don't tell you they are doing it. While I understand why they are doing it, I watched someone with an $11 purchase use a credit card. He rang it right up with the purchase and did not say a word. That's an almost 10% surcharge on something he pays at most 3% for. I think it fair that you post this fee so people know of the charge, or at the least, tell your customer of the charge. read more

My elderly mother asked me to write this review since this is from one here regular places. She ordered pizza 1/2 fiesta 1/2 pepperoni with extra cheese and when we opened the box you could tell right away that it was over cooked by the burnt to black peppers and sausage. The pepperoni side was dry and chewy. When My mother called to complain the maneger, half heartedly, apologized and quickly hung the phone. Would not recommend this place to anyone read more
