I admit to being unfaithful to only one pizza place. Sometimes having pizza is just like a meet and greet. But when one finds the time, pizza can actually be personal, because authentic pizza making is a hand-crafted art. Pizza makers who own this expertise, and do this for a living are like pouring their hearts out for us to savor the flavor. And then, this pizza, brings people together to create community :-) That's my impression of Antonio's. Our recent order was a large half/half - vegetarian and Casablanca. The manager is super kind and easy to work with, if you're a picky orderer. Anything goes! How would you like your pizza? Asking "can you?...". He'll always say "yes." They also bake 28" pizzas that are almost the width of the doorway with elbow room allowance (cuz you need to get through that door - you have hungry people waiting). Its only $21.99 + tax !!! Awesome right! Don't stop at being price happy. You still gotta take a slice or a few and finish eating for complete satisfaction. Pizza isn't the only food they serve here guys. Check out their menu for other specialties! If this place were a sit down restaurant that served wine along with, they'd be successful! For now, its primarily take out. We just started ordering from here about a month ago and we absolutely love it. The price is great and so is the taste and quality!

Called to order for pizza for my sons school to be delivered to the school due to the school telling me that Antonio has delivered to them in the past. Worst decision due to how rude they were... they guy kept giving false information to the owner and was inpatient. The owner comes on the phone and tells me to come in and order one hour before on the day of the scheduled event. When I asked if he would deliver.. he said come in and order, and I told him I need to know if you will deliver or not so that I know if to come in earlier, and he hangs up on me. Why would I spend money a business that is rude to customers. I have no plans of going here. Ended up ordering from a different pizza company and they will be delivering on time. read more

One of the best pizza places in Riverside. Don't come into this restaurant looking for frills. They don't need them as their food speaks for itself. I highly recommend their mambo meal if you've got a few people to feed. read more

I have only ordered pizza here about 5 times in the last 3 years and only had one fair customer Service encounter. They are super rude on the phone. Each time I called they seem to be very busy, this is awesome for a business but not an excuse to be disrespectful on the phone. I am always rushed. During this last experience, I was put on hold 3 times while trying to place an order. Before I could finish placing my order I got cut off again and placed on hold because as he said "I have a customer calling on the other line"... (strange since I am a customer too! but my order must not matter). Once he got back to me I added my last item and said that will be all and he quickly hung up the phone. Since I was not sure how long it would take I called back right away to inquire about this and I got yelled at. His words "we are very busy and you are delaying me from taking customers' orders". I wondered how I was delaying him from taking customers orders when I am also a customer trying to place an order. I knew what I wanted. I did not waste time on the phone yet the 2 minutes he spent taking my order was a burden and taking away business? I am pretty patient and understanding because we are all humans and we have bad days which is why I excused this type of behavior in the past. Not this time, the food is fine but this attitude is disgusting. This pizza place is near me but there are also others, but I came here each time because I try to support small businesses whenever I can. As of now I would rather drive further to get a positive customer service experience. It does not matter how busy you are, how amazing you believe your food to be, still respect your customer; without them you will have no business. Poor customer service will eventually bring all that success down. Treat others with respect always. No excuse period. I want to give them 5 stars because the food is great, but it takes two hours when they're busy to get one pizza. when you call they say 40-45 minute but when you get there you are stuck waiting in a line around the corner for another hour and 15 minutes. Been looking for a local joint (because that means they're amazing!) and I'm all about supporting small business owners who put their love and sweat (not literally, lol) into the business. They give an Insane amount of meat and cheese! Actually insane amount of everything. I almost wondered how he could afford to put all that in the pizza when the price is super affordable. I ordered three pizzas; a medium fiesta, large meat lovers and large pep and it only cost us 30 bucks. I mean it's not 'only' 30 bucks but it is not crazy either. And the sauce!
