Ron thoroughly explained everything in detail and then let me know the approximate costs prior to beginning work. He gave me a project maximum cost which he did end up staying under upon completion. Ron completed his work and patched up the walls in a reasonable amount of time. The wall patching isn't perfect but he explained how to finish the walls even better with a few items from Home Depot which was helpful. In the end, the final product looked great! If you are looking for a seasoned TV installer who really knows how to get it done, Ron is your man!

Ron was very accommodating and flexible with our communication method and I love it when a service uses text messaging to communicate with their potential customers. Makes life easier with two toddlers running around. We love it that Ron was available to come and do the job right away within 72 hours since we were busy the whole weekend. We contacted him on Friday and he was ready to do the job the next day! I would recommend Ron as he is very knowledgeable and does a nice job of cleaning up the mess afterwards. U didn't give 5 stars because he wasn't able to put the outlet plate cover back on due to patch work not completely dry yet before he left.

Because the line was busy at the time, I liked that there was an option on their phone line to request a call back. I didn't have to wait long for the call back which was about 15 minutes. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very gracious and helpful and he told me that one of the tech guys would call me to make an appointment to come by my home to look at my computer. He said it would be a day or two but I received a call from Mark to make an appointment within 10-15 minutes. I was impressed. Mark arrived right on schedule at six in the evening. It only took about 45 minutes for him to resolve the issues on my laptop. He gave me some great suggestions on caring for my laptop from what kind of spyware/malware software to use to making an appointment to have my laptop cleaned. I like that I was able to get in home service within a few days since my laptop troubles began and the service that was provided. I thought the cost was reasonable. I definitely will be using Geekatoo in the future whenever I have issues with my computer.
