So I called in, and picked up my order to go. I ordered the Filet Mignon-Lobster-and Shrimp plate with fried rice. It's with a bit extra cash for the shrimp and fried rice to accommodate my meal, but it was worth it. I was also able to redeem my %10 coupon which was on my my previous receipt. A little over $20, this meal was fulfilling and I was able to save some for leftovers. This hibachi food truck is a high desert gem, especially because it's so hard to find any hibachi restaurants around. So far, this one is my fav! Definitely can't wait to try this mixed platter again.

It had a hint of lemon, which I liked the vegetables very good. They could have been cooked a little bit more, but they were delicious. The rice was Brown rice and it was so good. It was Fried Rice, but here's the problem. It could have been more healthier, by not putting msg or not making it Fried Rice. Just steamed brown rice organic And and just making it a more healthier version, it was really expensive But it is filet Mignon. But it was still expensive. I wish they would make everything into a more healthier version because there's not a lot of healthy food up in the deserert when I'm up their Also, when I have MSG or when I have stuff that is not healthy. I swell up and my joints hurt. Especially with msg or soy sauce, but everything was super delicious. It's just, I wish it could be a healthier version. I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks less but i know iit was filet Mignon, but it was really expensive. But it was good. But like I said, healthier version and not as expensive, maybe like a few bucks, less would be worth it but for that much I expected grass fed organic like I said just a few bucks lower would be awesome but food was good but I need a healthier version a personal preference but to those who are not you would like it just not the price ‍

My son went to buy food from this lunch truck, where we regularly order the same red chilaquiles…read more This time, they gave us a completely different order. We believe it may have been someone else's order that had been sitting there. We noticed the mistake after we had already driven away and were almost home, so we decided to just eat it instead of driving back. However, the chilaquiles had a strange sour taste, and we believe they were green chilaquiles instead of the red ones we ordered. When my son returned to politely ask for either the correct order or a refund, the employee immediately became upset and had a very rude attitude. She said she had to call her manager, and while speaking on the phone, she misrepresented what happened by telling the manager that my son was being rude, which was completely untrue. We are regular customers and have always treated the staff with respect. We would never be rude to people preparing our food, especially at a place we visit often. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee seemed angry that she had to issue a refund. Even after my son walked away, she opened the truck door and yelled rude comments at him. Everyone can have a bad day, but that does not excuse treating customers this way. Good customer service means taking responsibility for mistakes and treating people with respect. It was disappointing to see an employee refuse to acknowledge the error and instead become confrontational. If I owned a business, I would not want someone representing it with that kind of attitude. We simply wanted the food we ordered or a refund. The situation never needed to escalate the way it did.

I can't leave a positive review because the menudo and pozole were both very disappointing…read more Unfortunately, the menudo did not seem to have been cleaned properly. The taste was unpleasant, and after the very first bite I knew I couldn't continue eating it. The pozole was just as disappointing. I would recommend asking for a sample before purchasing these items, if possible. I also hope the restaurant regularly tastes and evaluates these dishes before serving them to customers. In my opinion, these two menu items were not worth the money and need significant improvement before I would consider ordering them again.

My department recently had B.D.S.S cater for an event, and to say it was great feels like an understatement. Felix and his team arrived early, cooked the food fresh on site, and had everything ready to be served right on time. We had about 45 guests and no one waited more than a minute or two to be served. My only regret was not getting more photos of all the food. (It just testifies that it was too good to stop and take a photo) If you're looking to cater an event please reach out to Felix. From friendly professionalism , to fresh cooked food. The price is great, and it's nothing short of a great experience! If you don't need catering service, definitely stop by his truck if you see him out! You don't want to miss trying it! Thank you again for catering our event!

Got a lot of fries on the side, with a side of BBQ and the main even was the loaded Briskte burger! It was super flavorful, loaded with grilled onions and BBQ, the brisket was soft, and delicious! Buns were steamy and it all just made sense. The food truck look pretty bright as well, grabs people attention for sure! My experience was great, prices were fair, and the quality was 5/5 stars.
