Parking is adequate and the shopping strip is located at a traffic light which is so helpful when trying to get back on to Hwy 6. I was greeted pretty quickly by one of the employees. I placed my order at the register up front, then grabbed a seat to wait. While I waited, I noticed the steady stream of customers coming in. The dining room is rather large and they had quite a few tables. I also noticed a colorful photo op wall. I didn't have to wait too long for my order. I read positive reviews about the Coconut Coffee so that's what I went with. I ordered it iced, however they brought me a hot one. I went ahead and kept it because I didn't want to wait any longer for my much needed caffeine fix. To my surprise, the Coconut Coffee was very good! I really enjoyed the coconut shavings. For my meal, I ordered the Potato and Egg Breakfast Tacos and added cheese. I opted for a side of refried black beans. When I got home, I discovered that the tacos didn't have any cheese on them. To add insult to injury, the tacos and beans were extremely bland. I tried the red and green salsa, and they were spicy, but good. It definitely helped to add some flavor.
