The place offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with market lighting and a projector playing great music. The staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu. My friends and I decided to get the Mega Combo deal, which includes two burgers, fries, and a drink for $15--a bargain in this economy! At first glance, the burgers looked quite simple, which made me think they might not be anything special. I'm glad I was wrong. Despite their simplicity, the burgers were packed with flavor. The bacon bits and their signature pineapple sauce were a perfect combination--absolutely delicious. You can't go wrong with this item on the menu. The fries were crispy, fresh, and very flavorful--overall, an excellent choice. Colyos' friendly service, spacious ambiance, and great food make it a must-visit spot to take your friends and family.

The portions are quite large and super filled with protein or veggy options, and will definitely make you full. Lol Overall an amazing experience coming here, they were beyond generous and I'm super grateful to have came because everywhere closed at 11. These ladies are cooking some delicious stuff in that little cramped kitchen. The breads are tasty enough by themselves. Now that linguini bologna was a pleasant surprise. Very flavorful, cooked to perfection and generous portion. Sauce so good I was cleaning the plate with a few breads I had left from the appetizer. Washed it all down with a refreshing and tasty home made lemonade. Gotta come back to try a few of the pies.

Cheesy Corny Deliciousness Done Right!!!…read more We suggested to come and try this place by some Venezuelan friends and it did not disappoint. First of all it's a food truck and in fact it's two in one kind of spot. They have one truck for Cachapas and other Venezuelan items and then the have a Pizza truck. Tables are outside which for this cool Miami night was perfect. Wife ordered a regular Cachapa and I ordered the Patacon with Maduro as the plantain style. The kids had cheese pizza and we also ordered some tequenos and empanadas. Everything was really good but the star was the Cachapa. Is was simple yet perfect. The cheese had the right thickness but yet pull. The cachapa corn flavor was on point and even the crema was smooth and delicious. The Patacon was truly not too far behind. I ordered it with Chicken and it was moist and it also had a thick slice of cheese. With the Maduro style patacon it was the perfect sweet and salty combo that I love. Service was super quick and very friendly. They have plenty of seating. I would say the capacity is around 20 or so people and there was a line to sit. We fortunately got there before the line. Which just tells you they are doing something good here. Overall highly recommend Frank Cachapas and worth a drive to Doral to try it out.

I arrived as soon as they opened around 7 pm and ordered the original styled cachapa -- I believe it's number 9 on the menu. I will say the nata that goes on top was too buttery for my taste, I like it when it's the creamy nata flavor. But overall, you can't go wrong with this food truck, it's definitely a Doral gem! They're open till 12 am so this is the perfect late night treat and the service was great! Everyone was sweet and helpful. Can't wait to make my way back next time im around the area.

The flavors were insane--savory, juicy, crispy, everything working together like it was always meant to be that way. Eduarda was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I actually came back again the same day because I couldn't stop thinking about it. Latin Fixin's is a gem here at The Doral Yard--and Eduarda is a big reason why. Highly, highly recommend!
