Since South Beach restaurants are either expensive (20% gratuity even for a party of two) or extremely crowded, we walked one block inland and found this place. From a distance, it looks like a food truck, but it's actually a full setup designed to look that way.
Even in the scorching heat, there was a line--but it moved quickly. Their menu has everything. Think of it as a Subway style setup, but with smoothies, tropical ingredients, and lots of fresh options.

Chicken Mix Baguette
Tuna Baguette
Am I the only one who found it just okay? At Subway, at least they toast the bread for a bit. Here, I genuinely struggled with the hard bread--it was tough to chew. Also, the meats were cold, which I'm not used to. I knew that beforehand, but still wanted to try this hyped spot.
They have about 5-7 bar style stools for seating, but in the humidity, it's not the most comfortable experience.
Freshness (smoothies & ingredients): 5/5
Overall taste & experience: 3/5
Or maybe we're just spoiled by the big fast food chains?
