Our driver to San Diego, Greg, was fantastic--our group really appreciated him. He drove carefully through the hilly wine country roads and even made a bathroom stop before we hit the highway. He also let us connect our phones to the sound system so we could play our own music, which was a fun touch. Our return experience, however, was less positive. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the woman's name, but it felt like it may have been her first day. She mentioned more than once that she had no experience driving that type of van and even said something about the brakes not being in great condition. At one point, she almost hit another car on the highway and was driving way too fast through the hills. The trip overall had some great moments, especially thanks to Greg, but the return journey raised some serious concerns.

I booked Viva for my wedding and let's just say there was mis-communication…read more I talked with Ken who was very nice and helpful. My wedding required some organization as I had a few different locations to go to. Last we talked I thought we had it squared away. Here's what happened: First: Party Bus = Shuttle. They arrived right on time so that was great and no one was late to the wedding. Shuttle came back right on time and took us from ceremony to reception. I was promised the limo would have champagne for us to celebrate after the ceremony. There were champagne glasses but no champagne. So that was disappointing. Here is a direct quote of what I was promised: "Yes we always provide champagne for the group ( 1 bottle per six ppl so you will get 2 bottles). As for decorations we typically try to dress up the inside with wedding party colors and a couple signs." Yeah there was 0 of that. 2nd thing was when they came back to pick us up after the party was done. Luckily I was in a good mood b/c they did not come back in the party bus like they promised. They came back in a standard sized limo. I had told them to pick us up in the party bus since that's what I paid for. The shuttle held 12 people, I needed to get 12 people back, the Limo only held 8 people I think. So I told the driver deal with it we're all cramming into the limo so the bride and groom sat on the floor of the limo with their bridal party laid like sardines on top of us. Ugh....I just hate miscommunication when I put in so much effort to make sure everything was squared away and the Limo was, I thought, one of the only vendors I didn't have to stress about and turned out this was the only vendor that messed up!

How much time do I want to spend during the day for wine tasting? What about lunch? and my answer was ... This event will be "first time" for most of my guests and I just want a safe, fun and hassle free day or everyone. Immediately, Ken responded with OK!!! then you do not want a limo considering you will have 16 people, it will be crazy getting in and out of the limo after a few drinks. He recommended the mini party bus. OMG the mini party bus was the highlight of our day!!!!! I can't tell you enough how successful it was to be able to celebrate my 40th birthday with my family and close friends. We also booked Ken to pick us up from our house and take us to Pechanga, we had our own personal DD :-) Thank you Ken for providing such an awesome service. We had an amazing time and we will definitely call you again when we are back in Temecula.

Rick took care of everything. Had our tasting cards for us and even saved spots for us for the tastings. After the second winery, he had lunch waiting for us. Rick came all the way out to Chino to pick up our group of six. I answered the door not knowing who he was, and after accusing him of being a stripper in costume, he assured me he wasn't and explained who he was, his company, and the itinerary for the day. Whew! Let's Go! I happily clicked my heels and skipped on over to the super plush limo tour van (seats about six comfortably, tinted windows, leather seats, stereo, table, ice chest, drink holders, etc.). We stopped at 3 wineries, possibly 4?, things got fuzzy toward the end of the day! The first one was Leoness Cellars, and was by far the most beautiful. Exquisite views, lovely restaurant/patio area, and gorgeous tasting room. Rick is quite knowledgable about wine and showed us around, gave us a little orientation, and then let us loose in the tasting room. I enjoyed the Zinfandel here the most, and I'm kicking myself for not buying a bottle. I thought I was being a little quick to pull the trigger and was going to hold out for some of the other places, but I was wrong. Wine taster's regret! Then we headed over to Cougar winery, yes, that's really the name! I bought a shirt to prove it! Very friendly service here, and the staff was happy to tailor the tastings to our preferences. The environment was casual, laid back, more sports bar like. And they too have food! So this is where Rick arranged for our lunch--gourmet sandwiches, chips, salad, and huge brownie. Needless to say, nothing went to waste! Our next stop was Danza del Sol Winery. This seemed like a nice hangout for locals and tasters alike--huge patio out front where I got to talk to some locals and pet their rescue dog. Tasting room was very busy and cramped but Rick got us a spot. Tasting was fun and they even gave us little bites of crackers and chocolate with the tasting. And then yes there was a fourth and final stop at Lorimar Winery. Not sure if it was the time of day, or this winery is one of the most popular, but it was extremely crowded. We squeezed our way up to the tasting bar and shared the space with a fun couple who welcomed the company. And then we took our glasses and headed out to the patio area for some live music. Rick encouraged us to come out and enjoy the vocals of a lovely bluesy singer named Missy Anderson. The bummer came near 5:00'when the winery was closing up and we had to leave. So, we reluctantly got back on the limo van and headed home. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

We had him drive us from our home to Corvette Diner at Liberty Station, then the next day drive all 10 of us to Universal Studios in Los Angeles, and back to San Diego. This trip was flawless, and I'll explain why: RELIABILITY - Clint was not only time, but he was early everywhere. We never had to wait on him. This gave us great peace of mind. THE VEHICLE - The limo is VERY nice. It has comfortable and spacious seating, bottled water with ice, cup holders, seat belts, a great sound system, and these really cool lights. It's also incredibly clean. THE COMMUNICATION - Clint stayed in touch with us from the get go. We never had a doubt where he was, when he'd be there, the price, or anything. Clint was available via text and phone call. He made it super easy. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Clint is very professional, and very friendly. I normally do all the driving for our family, and for the first time, i could put my feet up (literally), watch TV, laugh at TikToks, and be present with my kids all while Clint handled everything. 5 stars.
