We were told that Hunter Douglas had a machine that was broken. Also that they were "looking" for a template that went missing. In any event, they still have done nothing to make the situation more palatable. Andy, if you see this, here is an easy solution. How about offering a discount for the delays and problems we have encountered? They may be the largest dealer of HD blinds in Summit County, but they are extremely slow to respond after getting your deposit. I would never use them again and would stray away.
