She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what the gym offered. In fact, many of the ambassadors that I did spoke to over the phone has been informative and very friendly. They do not rush for you to sign up for a membership. In fact, you can sign up as member and do a trial seven day and cancel anytime. You can also become a member and cancel anytime with a 30 days notice. There are so many options, if plans change and need to remove members from your account or add. Group classes for various of times throughout the day and trained lifeguards for the pool areas. it appears to be safe within the facilities. This is a convenient day spa to unwind and relax. I ended up with the Elite membership going twice per week and paid the additional class for quite some time... During this time I was going to PT for runners knee. After doing the rower, my runner's knee healed on its own! The coaches are great! They will ask if anyone had any injuries and help you adjust to any workouts. In 7 weeks I dropped two sizes! People around me saw the results and asked what I was doing... All I did was send them my referral link. ;) As long as you focus on yourself and goals ... it's not so bad! It can be intimidating at first and a lot to learn all the verbiage and the structure of the class. Just show up and keep going. All the coaches are great here! Don't feel bad for going at your own pace! I don't. ;) Love the perks of a membership! You can go to ANY location with no extra fees! There's only a few that will charge extra.

Once they unlocked the door to come in Kylie said we couldn't get the corner tread because she had already signed someone else on the tread. I proceeded to tell her that we were here first and she said that Rachel likes that tread and has to start there because she's claustrophobic. I told her well there's three other spots she can start on a corner. Kylie just said oh well, where would you like to start? I'm a big believer. Get there early if you want a certain spot. The staff shouldn't be saving a tread for anyone. Coach Julie is an amazing coach!

I have seen better in California, though. It kind of sucks that I had to walk up the steps to use cardio machines upstairs. But it's ok. I got used to it. The location is kind of tucked away from the main road. For some reason, I got hungry when I saw Taco Bell being next door. Coming here took a lot of turns. The driveway in the parking lot is not very wide and people tend to want to park in the middle of road for some reason. If I am in town again, I would definitely come by to enjoy this 24 Hour Fitness.

Front desk guy looked confused and called the manager and told me that I had to take the full tour and go over pricing before they would let me walk through - or I could buy a day pass to do so. I sent an e-mail and finally got a response from Sandy. When I arrived for my first class, Sandy was blatantly "measuring me up" and making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She was more concerned if I was going to continue with a regular membership or only use the Groupon for 3 classes. Her demeanor was cold, condescending and indifferent, and she made me feel uncomfortable. I was trying to be inviting and light hearted, but her responses were sterile and demeaning. At the end of class she asked for payment and stated, in a "Holier-than-thou" manner, that she had never used Groupon before. I have never before felt so humiliated by someone who works in the service industry. I am Puerto Rican woman and she exhibited every trait of a racist individual. If you are a "Non-White", I would advise you stay away from here.

Woodlands Lagree is located in The Woodlands and is totally worth the drive even if you are not in the area. It is a top notch facility. I got to go to a soft opening and it was a transformative experience. The workout was intense and I was totally getting the shakes. Google the lagree shakes and you will see that it's a real thing! Here I completed my cicle of 8 years after 1664 classes attended and as many many times in my life with the 22 number involved to start or close cycles. PB Hughes Landing gave me 3 things 1. Strong Core 2. 4 friends beyond the studio 3. And the amazing teachers that I admire, I will not be able to teach a class after all this years, You are passionate, committed, amazing. I admire all of you. Unfortunately Heather, Amy, (owners) Ann and Rocky ( I guess managers/ reception) are not my ideal people, they are experts in making people feel shit. At Least if you are outside of a special group that they worship, I been witness of how many people come and go for the same reason....
