LFG is very different. If you're there to look cute then my opinion this won't be the place for you. If you want to get in shape, have waterfalls of sweat, improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness then you've come to the right place. No where on this planet will you find a gym offering 21 days for $21. If you do find it, when you start, you may be welcomed on the first day but nothing like the personal attention I have received from LFG, there is no comparison. I work nights, get off at 8:30am after a 12 hour shift and love every minute of rushing to get to my 9am class! Everyone likes to feel appreciate. At LFG although am getting my butt kicked daily, I feel appreciated by my trainers just for showing up. Although training is conducted in a group fashion you will receive the personal attention from your trainers to ensure you have the correct form always! Although all the trainers are great, I have to say Victor Mendoza is an excellent trainer. His energy, his attitude, and he spread himself through out class like an octopus to ensure everyone in his class receives the personal attention and he make time to correct form. I have attended 15 days of my 21/$21 plan and it's the best purchase I have ever made! No pressure, no unwanted feeling of not belonging, and, no judgement. The energy is welcoming and a good workout is filled with congratulatory remarks by others from the class that you don't even have to know. You will leave with a sense of "we are in this together" daily. Go try them out!

Extremely Unprofessional & Unethical Cancellation Practices!…read moreI followed Gold's Gym's cancellation policy exactly as required, yet months later I am still being charged and now dealing with debt collectors due to their internal failures. In June 2025, I went in person and submitted a written cancellation request, per their policy. Despite this, I continued to receive charges. When I called back, I spoke with a manager named Johanna Q. , who told me they could not find my written cancellation paperwork and asked me if I was given the suggestion to take a photo of it because they tend to get these requests misplaced or lost. That alone speaks volumes about their internal processes. She instructed me to email her, which I did on October 10, clearly explaining the situation and requesting immediate cancellation and to void all past due balance. Johanna Q. confirmed in writing that my cancellation request had been submitted and stated I would receive a separate confirmation email from Gold's Gym. That email never came. Instead, I continued to be billed,After receiving more charges, I called again and spoke to another employee (possibly the same person but call herself Joe) who said they couldn't do anything and that she was going to speak to her manager to see what he can do, No one ever followed up. Today, I called again and spoke to Aguiyi, who could see my prior communications but repeatedly put me on hold, gave inconsistent manager names (Louis, then Ray), and ultimately said the manager refused to speak to me and the manager stated that I "still had to pay the fees." Aguiyi even admitted at the end of the call that he didn't think the manager would be calling me back, because that was the energy he was getting from Ray, the manager. I am too busy with work and life to constantly chase a business to fix their mistake. I complied with their procedures twice, once in person and once in writing, with confirmation from management. Now, I am being contacted by debt collectors for charges I should never have owed. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical. Based on other reviews, this a common issue. I refuse to pay, due to Gold's gym negligence and incompetence. As of today this matter has yet to be resolved and I do not know who else to speak to! I hope this review will get the attention of upper management in regards to how this location is handling customer relations.

The facility has everything you need -- plenty of machines, a sauna, and even bootcamp classes. The trainers are attentive and will step in to help if they see you struggling, which I really appreciate. That said, it can get very overcrowded, especially during certain hours. I'm not hating on anyone trying to better themselves, but the guest policy seems a little too lenient. It feels like there's no real limit on guests during staffed hours, which makes it tough to get on machines -- and some people just sit around on their phones. Another issue is the lack of enforcement of gym rules. When I first took a tour, management said things like sandals and barefoot workouts weren't allowed, but I've seen plenty of people doing exactly that -- even walking barefoot on the turf area, which is both a hygiene and liability concern. There's been some turnover with staff and management lately, but everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and professional. Despite the crowding and minor issues, I still like the gym overall and would recommend it -- just be prepared to go during off-peak hours if you want easier access to equipment.

I was a bit skeptical at first because they don't have the best reputation but they have exceeded my expectations. Every time I come here the employees are super friendly. Their memberships are affordable starting at like $10/month. They have a second tier membership for about $25 bucks a month that gives you access to 2 different types of massage chairs, tanning, and some type of machine that is supposed to tone you. I wish they would make a video about the machine that tones you bc I'm always to shy to try it, not knowing how to use it. The workout machines are pretty well kept. I would say the treadmills and Stair masters could use a little more maintenance but overall well kept. I see the employees cleaning the machines and checking to make sure they work properly. The app allows you to check in and see how busy the gym is. Every time I come here I don't have an issue waiting for machines to open up, even when I come around what I consider rush hour (5PM). Great place to workout and feel wonderful. They even decorated for Christmas.

I learned something new today. You don't need the Black membership to go to another location if you have the classic membership. They have a "franchise fee" where they charge you $5 to use any other gym that's convenient for you. Thank you Keith for making my day! This gym is clean and has all the machines I need. I will come here when I find myself in another jam and can't get to my home location.

Careca and Jeff were very instrumental in me understanding the gym and how I can maximize my membership. They always greet me when I see them and are open to answering any questions that I may have. Jeff also did my fitness analysis and helped me learn about myself on a musculoskeletal level and gave me recommendations on how I can strengthen and tone my body and letting me know what exercises would be best for me while on my fitness journey. I was so inspired that I decided to get a personal trainer. Careca suggested Jordan. Having Jordan as my personal trainer is by far the best decision that I have ever made, fitness wise. He holds me accountable and he encourages me to test my physical limits. Even on the days that he is not training me, if he sees me in the gym, he will ask me what type of routine I am completing on that day and if I am trying something new, he will ask me how comfortable or confident I am during that session. I could not have asked for a better trainer! In the Kids' Club staff is so fantastic! My kids look forward to coming to the gym with me because of how kind and caring Keren, Jamal, Kyndall, and Laina are! The kids always come out with some type of arts and crafts creation and there are toys and games that the kids play with in the open space to keep them active! Some other highlights are the sauna and the recovery room. This location also has an assisted stretching section. I plan on trying it one day. And it is a 24-hour gym!
