I got the gluten free Hawaiian pizza, I substituted the Mexican ham for bacon and drank maracuya agua fresca.
It was ok. I didn't see the bacon and had to asked the waiter for it, and they showed me tiny little translucent pieces that were almost un discernible to the eye, and to my taste. The pineapple was sparse and the whole experience left me underwhelmed and pretty sure I won't go back.
The space in tiny, they had a metal chain blocking the door, that for a second I asked if it was closed, it wasn't, it's to keep non-guests out. I didn't care for that vibe.
So with a super thin. gluten free pizza that had barely there bacon and pineapple, and concentrate water at $279 pesos it was not a noteworthy or best value experience.
I'm happy there is gluten free pizza and I think even GF pasta options, but it's to meh and pricey for the Mexican market.
If the waters were fresh and the ingredients fresh and notable. It would be on the indulgent side. read more
