Stopped in to check out home office printers. They had a good assortment in various price ranges…read more Still not sure which brand - it's actually more about the ink cartridges that are ridiculously expensive, anywhere. While there I picked up printer paper and some other odds and ends. Store is large, same footprint as most. Lots of parking out front. Helpful customer service reps.

Terrible service Overpriced products…read moreThey won't honor their "guaranteed" products I've purchased printer ink at this location for several years. It's really a toss up if the Office Depot brand recycled cartridges will be any good. They claim they're guaranteed but they don't honor that guarantee. It's even printed on the packaging. I purchased 2 Office Depot recycled HP black printer cartridges at one time because there was a "deal" at the time. Note: When checking out they give the option to email your receipt to you and that is what I chose for this transaction. The first cartridge was ok but seemed to not be completely filled since I got about half the number of pages out of it as an HP brand cartridge. It lasted approx. 1 week for me. I loaded the 2nd into the printer and it wouldn't print at all. The cartridge was empty. I returned to the store wanting to exchange it for the same item. The VERY irritated cashier, who was apparently angry that he was called to a register, asked me for my receipt. I told him it was emailed and brought it up on my phone. The emailed receipt wasn't acceptable to him. He told me I needed my "actual receipt". I didn't opt to get a paper receipt so I didn't have one. He proceeded to angrily bash the register without telling me what he was doing. He then handed me a store credit for $13. I asked him why I was getting $13 when the cartridges came to around $25 each even with the sale that was happening at the time. He told me that's what I get back when I don't have a receipt. I decided not to cause a big scene, proceeded to grab a few things my kids needed for school, spent the $13, and I left the store. I have also returned several dozen ink cartridges here, over about 3 years, for their recycling credit. When I've asked about receiving those credits off my purchases they tell me I don't have any on my account. To top off the day Office Depot sent me a satisfaction survey about my visit. Funny! I won't return to this store. I only purchased things here because it was an easy place to run in and grab what I needed for immediate use. Find your ink somewhere else or online. This store is VERY over priced on everything anyway. It's cheaper to purchase ink online and you'll receive it with 0% attitude. If you prefer a store to buy from, Fred Meyer is just a little ways down the road and also has ink.

The service team is decent, which is why we stuck with them when our last machine died. However,…read morewhatever they tell you when you sign that contract is a lie. I have been fighting with them for exactly a year now, and am no closer to a resolution than when I started. They ignore phone calls, they ignore emails, but someone from a call center that has no power to do anything calls daily to collect on an incorrect bill. There seems to be no way to get it to stop. Literally I signed an agreement *and* was verbally told that the price would be the same for five years, and they just upped it 15% on year two. Now for year three, the bill went back to the correct price, but they added a tariff surcharge. I get that tariffs are an issue, but we have a contract. We don't have a contract that says "unless Trump becomes president again," it says "this price per copy for five years." I have wasted so much of my time over the last year on this and am no closer than when I started. I received *one* response from my sales rep after multiple emails to him, and then nothing sense, and now it appears he is gone (good for him, honestly). I honestly don't think the local location is trying to do anything dishonest, but they have no control over it anymore (they did when it was Copytronix, but now it's really just Xerox). I wish this was a competitive market. I'd say go anywhere else, but there is literally one other option. Just know what you're getting into if you do choose to lease or buy a machine here. Also . . . I would seriously question the validity of those 5-star reviews . . . they don't look very real.

Continued calling and emailing yield little response. At most we get advice to call another number-…read morethe last time it was a disconnected number. We went two years over the contract without any advice or intervention for the sales staff. Would like to hear from others who are unhappy.
