He often has a Mohawk or colored hair. The ladies are so friendly and are very nice. I am currently waiting on an embroidery order for myself. I cannot wait to see it! Their work is outstanding and the product lasts. There are no loose stitches. Prices are very reasonable and they can get small batch items back to you within a couple weeks. They do have some items in stock that you can purchase to embroider on, but I often bring my own items. Last time I went in they were saying that there is a shortage on obtaining flex fit hats for wholesale. Something to keep in mind if you would like hats to be embroidered. Also, they text you a proof of your work before completing it. That way you can let them know if you want to make any changes before your product is complete.

Being a reasonable person I believed this and waited another THREE WEEKS after the order was delayed a week. Finally I am told all but one item is ready for pickup, I go to pick up and the receptionist shares what I can only assume is the at least partial truth behind the food poisoning lie - the embroiderer had left with little to no notice. Not only was the staff very difficult to get a hold of, when I did get a hold of the owner he lied to me! Anyway fast forward to what is now 3 months later and after many calls to follow up including a promise to mail the final item that they were waiting on receipt of a larger size for, we still don't have that item. The items we do have were done incorrectly all of them in the wrong color and one item completely not what we ordered.
