We have be supportive of the bus8ness for over 25 years. During a visit we were lifted a black discount card for 10.00 off a 30.00 purchase. Decided to use it today and it was in my email with instructions and a code. Created the order and the coupon wouldn't apply. My order was over the 30.00 the coupon was valid. I called the restaurant and the young lady could identify me and I explained that they gave us the coupon but it wasn't working. She was argumentative and I didn't want to be treated like that and I said that we have been loyal for years ordering from them. She didn't even talk to the manager about my issue. I told her to cancel the order and then she said she will give me 5.00 off. I said your business gave us the coupon it is in my email and it was not working on the bill. So we like their pizza and when things were messed up like the cheese slid off they would replace the pizza. So I had placed directions to ring the buzzer the guy called me twice I missed the call it happens I have kids, sometimes I don't hear my phone. Don't get the wings, especially the cost for quality. I'd pay more for a better quality of wings. I'm not for the large wings filled with hormones but the wings we got seemed like the chickens were malnourished. Terrible conditions that can be seen clearly from the front, the place looks to be falling apart. Dirty ovens proven by the under the crust. Workers are taken advantage off. Spoke to a few people that have worked here, and they were over worked without overtime pay. Cooks aren't required to wear gloves and you can see them wiping their hands on their dirty aprons then touching food.
