Doing business printing services should not feel this difficult…read more This Thursday morning around 8AM, I visited Office Depot after preparing everything the night before for an important print order. I downloaded all of my documents onto a thumb drive and came ready to print and purchase a printer for my business. When I first arrived, one male employee told me someone would assist me with printing and my printer purchase. However, once I got to the print center, the experience became extremely frustrating and confusing. I was assisted by an associate named Rebekah, who directed me to the self-service station even though: * I clearly explained I needed assistance * I had my thumb drive ready * There were no active print jobs being completed behind the counter at the time The self-service area was already crowded, and multiple customers seemed confused and needed assistance as well. Several of us had to repeatedly call Rebekah back over to help. I remained patient and respectful the entire time because I understand customer service jobs can be stressful, but the level of support provided was disappointing. When it was finally my turn to use the self-service printer, I again explained that I was unfamiliar with the system because of the type of printing project I needed completed. Rebekah briefly showed me how to insert the paper, but when I had another question, she immediately walked away before fully assisting me. The entire interaction left me feeling unsupported and honestly unwelcome. As a business owner who is beginning to offer new printing-related services through my company, this experience really put a bad taste in my mouth. I normally enjoy shopping at Office Depot, but this particular location and experience made me question whether I'll return. I truly hope management improves customer assistance in the print center because customers should not feel lost or ignored when seeking help, especially during slower hours.

I have the 3 cartridges and the box it came in, but threw away the receipt not knowing they are scammers and are selling inferior products. They will not do anything about it and I am a rewards member for 13 years. I will not be shopping at this rude store anymore or at Office Depot anymore. I have bought printers, laptops and supplies for years and now we know why they are closing stores because they SUCK!

He handled the packing and freight shipping of several of my late mother's belongings, and from start to finish he was professional, kind, and incredibly communicative. Mark kept me updated every step of the way with texts, calls, and photos of the packed items. The shipment arrived in New York in perfect condition. Every fragile lamp, piece of furniture, and even lightbulb was impeccably wrapped and protected. His empathy and care really stood out during what was an emotional process for my family. I ordered a tripod from StenoWorks on October 24, 2024. I paid $177 which was to include second…read moreday shipping. I didn't receive the tripod until a week later. When I opened the box, I couldn't even use the tripod. It had sharp spikes on the turning knob so that it was impossible to lift the top of the tripod. The turning knob was also broken in half, and there were scratches and dents (see pictures). I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who was extremely rude. I sent pictures of the tripod they sent me, and they sent me a second tripod and I paid to return the original tripod, even though I was told they would send a box for the return shipping. The second tripod did actually arrive the second day. I used the tripod approximately 3 times, and then the silver part that connects to my steno writer started turning so I can't even attach my writer to the tripod. I emailed the company. No response. I waited another week or so and called. Spoke to a lady who said there's nothing they can do for me, and I would need to contact the manufacturer to have it repaired. I would not recommend ordering from this company, and I would absolutely not recommend the InStand tripod.

I was completely happy with their service and to be honest, I have always been happy with their service and products. As I mentioned before, they are literally a treasure chest of supplies for both the court reporter student and the professional. I recently needed to replace some printer ink and decided to stop here. The store is located on the southern corner of the plaza. When I came in, they weren't very busy at all. I was able to quickly browse and find what I needed. Checkout was fine. It took awhile for someone to come to man the cashier's desk. The staff was doing other things. But not long enough for me to get upset about it. I have a corporate account that I've used at this chain forever. So it's convenient and gives me rewards for returning used cartridges, as well. Now that I know they are here, I'll be back.
