I dropped off my bike on a weekday and was told I would get a call in about 23-48hrs. After 48hrs I called to check on the status and was told that my bike was currently being put together. I received a call a bit later about updating my handle bar tape. I appreciated the call, but wasn't given much information about the cost of the additional tape until I asked. EOD my bike was ready for pick up. Total was around $130, wayyyy more than I was quoted, not sure where the communication break down was but I was happy to see my bike rebuilt.

She took her time fitting us to the bike, explaining how they worked and the route and allowing us to test ride. The rental for two hours was $60 per person or half day (4 hours) for $70 per person. We enjoyed the quiet ride along Housatonic river. The roads the route was along had very little traffic. We saw many people walking. We also got to enjoy the covered bridge and the bridge on Water street as well as the waterfalls. It was just saw a lovely day. 10/10 recommend this rental location and the scenic route.

Went directly from the trailhead to Overlook Mountain Bikes. The store was buzzing with customers but I was quickly welcomed and taken care of. The guys at Overlook were promptly able to diagnose and fix my issues. I fully expected to have to leave the bike and come back a week or two later, but I was able to take my new bike for its inaugural ride only a few hours later than scheduled. Bicycle Rack put on a clinic for on-the-spot effective repairs. A seat on an older bike was properly repaired and adjusted for the rider, a crooked pedal fixed and adjusted on the second bike. Finally, a flat on tubeless gravel bike was resolved with a superior and less expensive product. Cost was on point. Exemplary with a vengeance.
