I wish I had taken photos because this was BAD and I was highly skeptical but, a few weeks later, I dropped off my car at my dealer on a scheduled date, they worked with Alloy to take my car there and, a couple of days later, I had my car back and it looked like this damage never even happened. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. In the process all four wheels for the snow tires were scuffed and slightly damaged. At the time, I didn't consider it bad enough to post a comment but did contact the service manager to mention the issue. He was apologetic and even offered to "fix" the damage but I did not accept the offer since it was only cosmetic damage. Fast forward to yesterday April 12, 2026. I wanted to remove the snow tires/wheels and install the summer tires/wheels on the vehicle. The lug nuts are supposed to be torqued to 100 ft -lbs but most of the lug nuts were so difficult to remove that I had to use a breaker bar on them. This was on a Sunday or I would have taken the car to Butler Tires for Less and have them swap the tires/wheels. Now I have concern that my rotors may be warped. Obviously, I won't be going back to this business. On April 15, 2026 in response to Tony K's request, I provided my contact information. It is now April 26 and, so far, no reply from Tony so i will consider this matter closed.

After only 10,000 miles of normal driving (no abuse, 4WD vehicle), the tires are about 75% worn and the sidewalls are cracked wide open--completely unsafe. For comparison, my Goodyears have over 50,000 miles and still have tread. These are hands down the worst tires I've ever owned. I hope RNR does the right thing, but either way--avoid Kenda.
