I have a BMW Z4. I am very fussy about repairs, especially paint match. It even bothers me when I see another car on the freeway with a mis-matching paint repair. The BMW has been there twice, and unfortunately is due for another return, and our Honda Pilot was repaird/painted there too. I have been very happy with their work. Once the car was not ready on time, but they notified me. I would rather they take their time & get it right. 5 stars in my book! read more

Needed to have some work done on the passenger mirror of my car, and the estimator Marcaisse was very helpful and nice. Ended up picking up my car and the mirror was fixed, but when my fiancee drove off, he realized that the camera wasn't calibrated for when you are turning right, although when we first gave them the car, the damage was to the mirror, and the camera was working perfectly. When my fiancee came back to the auto shop Marcaisse and his staff assessed the car, but couldnt fix the camera. Marcaisse told us that all we have to do is pop into Honda and that they will be able to calibrate the camera since they have a working relationship with them. Spoke with Honda to make an appointment, and they told me that there will be a $150 charge to recalibrate the mirror. Are you kidding me? Ended up calling Anthony's back and most likely spoke to the owner. The owner was a complete jerk and told us that they wouldn't cover the cost of the camera even though his employee pretty much promised us that it would be done for free if we went to Honda. He was very rude, and wouldn't let me finish talking. Not only that, but he was completely unprofessional on the phone, and wouldn't even consider meeting us half way. What kind of business are you running? When you do a job for someone, make sure you're fixing the entire thing, or at least give people a heads up that they will need further work done on it. Don't go to this auto shop, they'll make promises to you and not fulfill them. If I knew how these people operated, I would have gone straight to Honda. This place is a complete joke. Can't believe I have to give them even one star! read more

I was well-served by Marcaisse and the team, at Anthony's. I had used them before, but I couldn't remember why. There they have five $300,000 Lamborghinis, at a time. The problem is, these beautiful cars are all wrecked. Range Rovers, etc. This is the place. They did expert work for me, and came through, in the places it really matters. The work. After a hit and run bumper bender, Anthony's not only expertly fixed every scratch on my bumper but buffed out a scratch on my fender and made my wheels look new again! My car was ready in two days. My Toyota Camry had two problems--one on each bumper. AAA recommended Anthony's and I am so happy they did. In a timely way, they beautifully repaired the "accident" bumper covered by the insurance of the woman who hit the car, and economically repaired the one in the rear, which we had banged ourselves. The service I received from Marcaisse Jacques was extraordinary. He was communicative, helpful, delivered the car on time, assisted me in every way he could, and cleaned my car so it's in beautiful condition, inside and out. If I could have given them a negative three star I would have. They were terrible. I own a BMW and was hit by a drunk driver a month after I bought my car. I asked my insurance agent who he would recommend and he said Anthony's. They were a nightmare. Their service was terrible. The receptionist was rude. The person who looked at my car the first time I came in didn't listen to me at all. They only fixed things cosmetically but nothing actually works right. The car leaks and fills with water any time it rains. They claim that isn't their fault but when I stopped by to get something out of my trunk they had all the windows out. When they put them back they didn't do it right and I am left with a car that drips on my seat and floor any time it rains. The door they replaced sticks and every time someone tries to open it they think it is still locked. It isn't until I tell the to pull REALLY HARD that they can open it. Don't even think about going here if you hope to have a car that is anything even close to what it was before your took it there. Every time I see their ads on TV I get very angry and can't help but think to myself that they are lairs. I will tell everyone I know to stay as far away as they can. I have also come to think that my check book was stolen from my car when i was there and used to write fraudulent checks. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. read more

They repeatedly told me that the car would be ready when it wasn't, but they didn't bother to call and tell me until I'd already made plans to pick it up. They did bring the car to my house because of the repeated delays, which was nice, but they should be better about proactively communicating with customers to tell them in advance that their car was not ready as promised. read more

After 2 months, there is already a blemish on my door from their cheap work. While my car was in the shop, I had personal items stolen, sunglasses, GPS, CD's. The owner denied that it could happen there. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them! read more

Okay, I'll give them 3 stars on the strength of their past performance with my BMW. But, I took my Mini in and I was less than impressed. Communication was lacking throughout the process and then they gave it back to me on a Friday after having it all week and it looked like crap. This was a very simple bumper replacement job. They hadn't sourced the right parts, which I understand is challenging on a Mini because of all the customization available. But they should be more up front about knowing their Maseratis more than their Minis. Mini owners beware, although I don't know what your better option would be--rolling the dice with Mini SF's body shop? Eeek. read more

I recently had my car in to get the rear bumper painted (a texting teenager hit me at a traffic light). While there, I pointed out a problem I noticed with an earlier repair they did several years ago. I expected that they would do nothing, given the time-frame and the limited warranty. Wow! What an amazing job this shop did on my car! And not only the excellent repair to my bumper after I was rear-ended, but when I picked it up I saw that the car had been washed and appeared polished, and the inside had been cleaned up, too. And the headlamps had been polished to a like-new shine! Could they be any more awesome? Yes. Everyone with whom I dealt was helpful, nice and responsive, especially Elise at the front desk. I dropped off the car and had my insurance adjuster meet Norberto at Anthony's. He took over everything from there and got the car done record time over the holidays. I saw the MINI bumper in the review and thought I need to add my 2 cents. I've owned several show winning vehicles, so I'm very particular with the fit and finish of my car. March of 2012 the rear end of my girlfriend's 2007 MINI S was hit. The repair Anthony's did was perfect, it even fit better than the original, and the Laser Blue Metallic paint match was spot on. Second time I've brought cars to Anthony's - both new Mercedes. First time I had a very bad and sad rear panel damage on a 2013 E350 caused by a teenager who didn't see my car. Sean took care of me - the result was unbelievable - like the accident never happened. Likewise today just got my new 2015 S550 coupe back from Marcus after running over some fencing left on a small road. The bill was a fifth of what I expected and they did the job in a day. Again the result was like the damage never happened. What more can anyone ask for? read more

Took my BMW M3 there for third time and was totally mistreated. The estimator couldn't remember me when I returned to have the work done. They quoted me 5 days and it took 3 weeks and cost me $500 in car rental. The paint job was fine but they displaced the rubber seal on the back window and the windshield they replaced cracked in 2 places a few weeks after installed. Overpriced and totally indifferent to you unless you are in a Ferrari or similar car. read more

I've never wrote a review online before but felt compelled after taking my husband's BMW to anthony's auto craft awhile back. Like some of the other reviews on here I had trouble getting the car back in a timely manner I made several phone calls inquiring about when it would be ready and seemed to get more and more of an attitude from both of the secretaries I talked to who I believe were Liz and Kara. This review is mostly about the customer service I would have been fine getting the car back later than expected but didn't appreciate how rudely I was treated on the phone I spoke with Kara multiple times each time with more of a patronizing attitude. I also got a ride back to my house after I dropped the car off which was a great service but the driver barely said a word and seemed rather stand offish when I tried to make small talk with him. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the work seemed well done and the car looked good when I picked it up. read more
