If an issue was you're supposed to be polite well, the customer to fix the problem, not bully them and harass them for payment so I had to send them screenshots from an email that the insurance company did indeed send them the approval. I guess they didn't see it I can, but they were coldhearted about it and they weren't kind. She prematurely contacted me that my claim ended on a Monday late afternoon instead of calling me in the morning in fact, she told me that the car should've been returned last Friday. she sends me an email that I've a balance due and that I owe the money they try to run my card without even a phone call. This is not how you handle insurance Claims ? so I had to call an East Coast before they left in a frantic move on a Monday around 2 PM and I had to get on a conference call with the insurance company and Enterprise before closing to clear it up and then the worst part of this is that I reached out to a regional manager named John Harada and he couldn't solve it for me. He called me too late and now they've accused me for verbal abuse because I'm trying to figure out why she waited till the afternoon until the morning to give me a call. I'll be following from a complaint with the company that that they put me on a do not rent list ! But these people don't understand as I didn't want to be stuck without a car causing severe stress when offices were already closed. Then sends an email it was cleared the day before. Careless and non proactive. Enterprise made a lot of money for this 45 day rental we would think that if they wanted to make more money, they would want me to clear it up. It said turn it in and if they had a problem with it, why didn't they call me Saturday earlier versus later and so they wonder why I'm frustrated and scared ? well they need to train their people better if you get a message from the insurance company, look closely at the message or give the person the benefit of the doubt instead of putting them in a position where they have to return the car when they don't have to I was still with another person named Sarah, but I don't know what happened to her. I had to deal with an unknown John Hirata who doesn't really address the situation and places blame on the customer instead of the employee. I thought he was gonna help me, but he never did. He didn't return my phone calls by the time that he did. It was too late. I found a formal complaint with him with Enterprise

    The supposed manager, who refused to give out any other info past his name, Saeed, just called me…read moreand told me they dont have a truck for me. I placed a reservation online weeks ago, and got a confirmation yesterday. All of a sudden they supposedly have no trucks, and their customer service department cant find one anywhere nearby, at all. Great. They also used their TOS to weasel out of helping me find another one or compensating me in any way. From what Saeed told me, they dont have any sort of reservation system. Its first come first serve, so even if you book online and it says trucks are available for you, they arent actually placed on hold. They just hope that they will have one for you. What the heck? Trucks are sold out everywhere now, since its last minute, so I had to pay over double and will have to drive back to drop it off instead of a few blocks away like planned, and drive further to pick it up, all which will cost me even more. Their service department people keep hanging up on me even though I'm polite with them. They offered me nothing to compensate and left me high and dry. What kind of business can do that to their customers? Its totally absurd that they can hold you to a contract but have no obligations to follow through themselves. I will never rent anything from them again and urge anyone who doesn't want a special surprise to avoid them as well.

Only I find out that there's limited 4 hours parking on the street (or get towed) and I had to park my car a mile away and walk. He acted as if it was my fault. Next, he made a mistake with the price and wouldn't honor it. Then he made a big deal when I had to return the car 5 minutes after closing (I had called), pretending he was so kind because he waited for me, which he didn't because he was still there with other clients. I had hurried back and couldn't fill up the gas. They charge $10/gallon for that. I've rented from Budget in other places for years with no problems but I'll NEVER rent here again! DON'T BOTHER with these people. They're awful!
