I called today, July 28, 2026, to follow up as to why I don't see an appointment on my calendar yet because my primary doctor called in a referral to Dr. Tucker's office in March 2026. The receptionist at Dr Tuckers office, at around 10:00 today was extremely rude. She told me that they could not make the appointment without additional information from my primary doctor. I asked her if she had followed up with the primary doctor because it is now the end of July, and this appointment was said to be an immediate need and had been requested from the doctor in March. So then she offers me a November appointment! This is for an emergency referral that was given to her in March for a possible serious condition. She told me the earliest she could get me in was November 19th. She told me that I should have known that I needed to give her office those records, even though no one contacted me for them. I let her know that nobody alerted me to needing to supply anything, and that I was not included in any doctor to doctor request for more information. But I was simply the patient, waiting for the appointment to be set. Then she promptly hung up on me today! I would never go to a physician who hires staff that are so rude and uncaring, that they think the patient is aware of and can affect the doctor to doctor communication? Not to mention never following up even 4 months later for an appointment that still had not been set? No thank you. read more

Worst I ever had mean no empathy. I had a salivary gland infection didn't diagnose. It didn't care sent me away. Yelled yelled at me. The office was very nice, but the doctor was not. Much better ENT's out there. Find another one. that says it all. don't go to him. read more

I posted a review about Dr. Tucker on Flagler site and how he told me the wrong directions about ear drops and after calling the emergency number that night from home, the Dr. on call said to go to office in the morining, when I arrived at the office he said he could not see me, that is horrible to say the least, I was in so much pain. read more

My opinion of Dr. Tucker is that he is egocentric, hot tempered, makes mistakes and blames his patients. I think he is someone who cannot tolerate patients who do not toe the line and asks questions about his practices. This opinion was formed as a result of my last visit to Dr. Tucker's Palm Coast office which is over 50 miles from my home. I feel that I was lured there thinking I was going to receive medical help, and all I received was a very loud ass chewing delivered by a very angry doctor. I waited around 1.25 hours to see the doctor. Out of respect, I stood up and offered my hand when Doctor Tucker entered the room. He ignored my hand and I started to bring him up to date on what had happened since my last visit. Dr. Tucker angrily and loudly shouted that I was not there to talk to him, that I was there to be talked to. He told me that I was no longer his patient and that since I had been following the advice of an infectious disease doctor that I could get help from that doctor. (During my last visit I had asked the Doctor if he prescribed carbapenems and his answer was "no". At that time I told him I would be seeing an infectious disease doctor.) Well, it seems that after my visit and the results of a lab test (based on nasal swabs submitted by Dr. Tucker) that showed two bacterial infections, that other than carbapenems, are resistant to almost all antibiotics. Doctor Tucker sometime later submitted a prescription to a compounder for some sort of nasal wash that he had developed. The nasal wash was not an FDA approved drug. I did not receive a copy of the prescription nor did I receive any information whatsoever about the prescription from Doctor Tucker or his office personnel. Well it seem his anger was all about his mistake or the short comings of his office personnel. I am not upset about the firing, what I am concerned about is the manner in which it was carried out. Dr. Tucker essentially had a sick patient drive over two hours and wait 1.25 hours so that he could personally fire them while delivering a very loud and angry ass chewing. A classy doctor who adheres to their hippocratic oath would have written a letter. read more

Dr Tucker is a phenomenal doctor! He truly cares about each and every one of his patients. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He recently did a tonsillectomy on my daughter and he kept me informed all of the way through the procedure. If any one is in need of a great ENT, Dr Tucker is your man! read more

Very friendly staff, doctor was great asked all the right questions and performed test to determine treatment. It was my first appointment at his office in and out in 45 minutes very efficient. Doctor Tucker comes in with his team, One with a computer who's taking notes on computer another to assist the doctor, very impressive. read more

Dr. Tucker is great at what he does! He is extremely knowledgeable. He doesn't beat around the bush like most doctors will. He gets straight to the point of your visit, because he doesn't like to make you waste your day away at the doctors office. He loves to joke around with the patients and is very easy going. He also has a great staff that tries to do whatever they can, within reason, to accommodate and help the patients. They normally run on time, which means you won't be waiting for over an hour for your appointment. Dr. Tucker was able to help me with my chronic sore throats, and would highly recommend him to anyone! read more

I visited the new location in palm coast and had an excellent experience. i've been having sinus and congestion problems for months and decided to contact an ENT specialist in our area. With "real" sinus meds i already feel 100% better. Dr Tucker is an excellent doctor, very nice, as well as all the staff. read more

Great experience - before I selected Dr. Tucker as my ENT, I researched him on the internet and found some negative reviews but many positive ones too so I decided to give him a try. I just had my first appointment with him and let me tell you that all the negative reviews are far off base. I found Dr. Tucker to be very friendly, efficient, and he took his time listening to me and explaining what was wrong in terms that I could understand. This doctor is very RUDE and ABRASIVE. He hardly takes any time with you. Has NO manners. Doesn't want to listen to your thoughts or suggestions. So ABRASIVE he had me in tears. NEVER has a doctor EVER made me cry. I really thought he would call and apologize. He knew he did wrong. What a horrific experience!
